The first thing that comes to mind is how kind and accommodating all of the employees were. I dealt with 2 deprecate employees who both were happy to help and make sure that I was taken care of immediately. They also went through and explained any questions I had in depth. Very professional and well spoken individuals. Made me feel comfortable and would definitely recommend.

Bought a 65 inch flat screen TV from Best Buy in Mansfield MA.

Customer service rep Jared L. was great. Took alot of time to go over options and warranties. Would highly recommend this store

I want to give a shout out to the employees here as well as the geek squad. Austin is very knowledgeable and professional, helped me a lot as a layperson trying to build a PC. When I came in to do some diagnostics and pick up some extra stuff, he was a huge help. Jared from the Geeksquad gave me a call to sort some stuff out with the new PC and was courteous and explained everything so well despite the fact that they are slammed with customers like me trying to build a computer on their own haha. The employees here deserve a big pat on the back.

Jesse in Mansfield Store has been a tremendous help with buying and setting up my computer, when my old computer stopped working. Always pleasant and that is nice to see during this crazy holiday season ...all the staff has been so helpful.

New management and staff have raised the bar. Very calm, cool and approachable staff. Definitely a very well managed store now!

They had what I wanted at a surprising price. It's cheaper at checkout than on the shelf.

I went to Best Buy in Mansfield the other day to get a new charger for my laptop. I went to the Geek Squad counter, I told them that the outer part of the piece that goes in came off and they saw that it was missing so they took it out back and pulled it out for me. They were nice young guys. So, I take it home, charge my laptop and it's not turning on. I took it back to the Geek Squad and the kid at the counter showed me a different way to turn it on and told me that it probably happened because it wasn't shut down correctly. I was so annoyed driving there thinking my laptop broke and was so relieved that it wasn't. They were super helpful and super friendly. I definitely recommend. The only thing I hate about Best Buy is you can't call the actual store. Before I took it back I tried to call and all I could get was main customer service in another country and they told me I couldn't contact an actual store. But aside from that, everyone in the Mansfield store is great.

Always a pleasure coming here. I worked in this location around 2013 as an Advanced Repair Agent in Geek Squad. That job gave me a lot of experience which has proven useful in getting where I am today. In turn, I am now able to be a somewhat frequent customer! Staff is helpful, inventory is usually the best in the area, people are nice about price matching / returns etc. Still a great place to go if you need tech and are a brick-and-mortar person like me.

Was looking for an Epson ET3850 which was in stock, on the shelf at the Mansfield Best Buy store. Purchase was quick as the staff were more than pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
Will continue to frequent this store as needed.
