The place was very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful! The staff wanted to help and share their experience with me. I really appreciate it and I am happy I came in here today.

Tiffany was super helpful and matched my excitement for my new switch! She was very patient and really took the time to chat with us and joke around while everything transferred.

Employees are not overly focused on working add on sales into every aspect of conversation at this location. GameStop overall may have it's issues however this blanket statement does not extend into this location. Employees are helpful and able to fit in their company mandated sale pitches in an appropriate manner that does not feel forced or alienating to the customer.
Any time I have placed an in store pick up order online the product has been put aside and ready for pick up. Though there are times when wait times are an issue when visiting to pick up an item; this is overall a GameStop corporate staffing/hours issue and does not reflect upon this location itself.

I wish I got the kids name that was working last night because he was very helpful and knowledgeable about new releases. He even took the time to help my son and explain what a deluxe version of a game was. The store was very clean and easy to find what we were looking for.

Great supply of games and game systems. We ended up purchasing 2 Nintendo 2DS systems for our boy and girl, a blue system and a white and orange. Also purchased a few games for them. Thomas and Zachary were very helpful with the sales.

The store is well kept and shelves always fully stocked. Thing they skimp on is return item resales. Terrible buyback prices. Other than that they're good.

Staff pleasant and extremely helpful at this location. They stayed open a few minutes later after closing to make sure we fully unterstood our electronic purchase. The staff members we have met have all appeared to be very knowledgeable of all the merchandise they sell.

Other than a 10-minute wait to get into the building due to health precautions very neat and organized never have a problem finding what I'm looking for employees are very attentive in assisting you on what you need

This store has a much better selection of Xbox 360 games than any of my local surrounding 4 stores. And I'm coming all the way from Brockton, literally 31 mins away. Great service too + knowledgable store associates.
