Just bought a new slim PS5 disc version and some games. With their $25 discount and the member rewards I think it was the best price and no shipping wait. Plus I now have another $15 in rewards points. The store is a mile away (Arden and Watt, Sacramento) and has nice and informative employees... I always bug them about getting me some One Piece TNG cards and they help locate them in town. I have been happy with them. I did buy the warranty.

I got the 256 Micro sd card for my Nintendo and it has saved my storage🙏🙏

Game stop real deal a bit expensive however the subscription offer are worth the saving. To to knowledgeable about super hero unlike my son his a crazy fetish for Pokémon and and future discoveries. The customer service was great I had serval questions pertaining to Pokémon and kid friendly games they were patient and explained with safe recommendations. Christmas my son loved all the recommended choices. Thanks game stop for a A1 shopping experience. I recommend the Arden way store for great service🥳

The new hire was very helpful. And thanks for having Red Dead Redemption for PS3. I got to keep the original case, that was nice. Good, clean store, compared to others I have been In. Great job!

Good customer service

The staff has been super helpful when I've been here. Once they didn't have a game I was looking for, but quickly found it at another location I knew of and has them hold it for me. Other time I found a used game but it had a beat up case, so the staff member not only found me replacement cover and cover art but also gave me a spare one so I would have one in case I needed it for another game in the future.

First and foremost, let me tell you about Monica and her amazing staff. I don’t trust no other GameStop, and I repeat, NO OTHER GAMESTOP IN TOWN, but this store. Hands down, every time I visit, they are always welcoming and greeting me with very nice warm hello’s and how are you’s? You don’t get that too much nowadays at any store. My one stop shop and game heaven is here and I would so recommend it to all my family, friends, and co workers.

Awesome location. Always super friendly. They also have the BEST midnight release strategy to get everyone their copies in a matter of five minutes. They even let me return a game for a new copy, no questions asked, when it wouldn't install properly on my Xbox One. They forever have my business.

Very helpful for Christmas

Employees are very knowledgable and always willing to discuss video games. I was able to get a case replaced for a rand new display case with no hassle. They offer a wide variety of new and classic games with the most affordable prices. My only recommendation would be to not buy new games as you can not get a full refund and the trade in credit is about 60% less than retail.

Guy was very helpful and polite. Great experience in stock re and dealings with. Will be returning for sure!

Some of the best customer service I’ve had at any store in some time - had two different employees actually come out from behind the counter to ask if we needed help and were very kind and friendly. This particular location is also a lot bigger than other GameStops in the area which was a nice surprise.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! My boyfriend and I attended a midnight release for Pokemon Sun and Moon and they really made a great event! They handed out lanyards and wrist bands and they held a tournament. These are people who obviously care about there customer and videogames!

Black Friday... The control was perfect and their team was on point with customers service. I must say the store was very clean, organized and roomy. Great place to get in and out without the mall crowds.

It's been years since I've been to a Game Stop. My 12 year old nephew is a frequent flyer here and knows several of the employees by name. I always feel intimidated in these types of stores. The sales clerk was very busy, and appeared to be alone in the store while we were there. We had come in to trade in a PS4 and a ton of games and accessories for store credit. The clerk was nice, friendly, made me feel welcome, and answered my many questions while answering non stop calls and a few quick check-outs. I figured the whole process would take at least an hour and a half, maybe longer with everything else he was doing. I was surprised when we were finished and walking out the door in less then an hour.

Great little GameStop. The guy working when I came in was Incredibly helpful. I found exactly what I needed as soon as I walked in. I definitely suggest this place over online retailers for your gaming needs.

I've been looking for RETRO GAMES... I.E XBOX360,& PS3 games... The YounG LaDy that helped me... She was very sweet, CHeeRy,and knew her games... She informed me that GameStop is on an Delivery app.
