The management here are working very hard, they are sticking, unloading, receiving, cleaning, helping, ringing and even when they are busy they will stop and help you. They helped me until I found a backpack that worked for me, the color fit the use fit and the price was perfect. Thank you all at Big 5 sporting goods. You are what a REAL TEAM looks like.

The golfer ee was knowledgeable and was able to help me find at least one pair of clubs.

Ryan in the shoe department was AMAZING!! He brought out a few different pairs of shoes for my nephew to try on, and searched around in the back for another pair of wides that he really loved. Thank you for taking your time with us, we appreciate it!

The people here were really nice and they help me set up the tennis ball rack I really appreciate how nice a word to me since they didn't really have to help me with that and they had stuff on sale in the store.

Got a good deal on High Tek boots, which were as comfortable as reviews declared, but they had a defect.
The Employees and Manager could not have been more gracious or professional with an exchange for a new pair.

Plenty of parking. Store has large selection of products. Aisles are somewhat congested, which is okay as long as there aren't too many shoppers at the same time.

Staff went above and beyond to help me. I think he was a manager. There are some great deals also on clearance shoes.

Great selection of boots. I like the Hi-Tec brand after owning a pair for 2 years and beating them to death daily. Went back for another pair and the same employee helped me as last time. I didn't like the price so he looked and found they would be on sale in a few hours so gave me the sale price! Awesome customer service!

Had shoes I liked,in my size and 50 percent off. Also had some great socks that were 60 percent off. The sales staff were very helpful, friendly and not pushy. A very enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you Big 5! 😀

Very helpful, accommodating staff. I called ahead for the equipment I needed, and they described the choices and offered to set mine aside. Everyone I encountered in the store acknowledged me and offered to help. The cashier was knowledgeable as well. Great experience

It was a good experience I called to see if the had an item not only did thy have it the girl told me it was the last 1 and if I wanted to put it on hold very awsome plus let me use a coupon on a item that was on sell wen I got their big 5 is good

Every time I've been there, the employees have been helpful. I've always been greeted at the entrance and asked if I'm finding what I need. I haven't been disappointed going here. The store is clean and priced right. They have weekly sales and their one day deals which bring me into the store. No complaints so far.
