I went here for the first time in a few years to get some probiotics. I was already taking a certain brand but I was recommended to take a different brand saying that sometimes less probiotics is better. I got them home and wasn’t able to continue taking them because they had rice bran in them. I did take them back to get my normal brand and as long as you have your receipt you can return them within 30 days.

I was @ The Vitamin Shoppe yesterday, bought what needed and went out to my car and it was dead. There were 3 young workers there 2 women I went back in to ask about jumper cables & both women checked their cars. Found jumper cables but none of 3 us knew how to use them. The gentle came out to my car and got it started. As I started to drive away it died again. He moved his car back in front of mine jumped it again it started then then died. He pushed my car back into a parking place.
I called a tow truck. While I was waiting the gentleman brought me a bottle of cold water, they allowed me to use their non- public bathroom. Still waiting in the heat, 1 of them came out and offered to get me a chair in the cool of the store. They went far above and beyond to help me stay healthy in the heat & in the distress of the moment. I highly recommend shopping at this store...they go above and beyond to help their customers.

I have been shopping there for years and I have found the staff there to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They are always willing to go above and beyond what would be expected in order to help their customers achieve optimum health. I have been to many health food stores in my life, and I believe this particular shop is exceptional.

I was pleased as usual, got everything I needed except, unfortunately, for the one item I hoped to get...they had nothing online nor in the store for "pine tree needle" tea or extract. I guess I will order it from a different store or Amazon.

Nice store. Smaller than roseville location. Vitamin shoppe did not carry my argan oil by OKAY. The manager was very nice to order 2 bottles and have delivered to the store by Friday. 😊

The employee showed me a better bottle for value. I was offered free delivery when we run out of this med. We buy here always.

Friendly staff and have what I need every time. If using something regularly, then it is best to sign up for scheduled delivery and receive a discount on the product.
