Tails on Lake

I recently visited Tails on lakes Pet Store because it was so close to where we are staying. I was thoroughly pleased with the vast knowledge the owner possessed about senior dog nutrition, she knew exactly what to recommend for our my senior wiener dogs in heart failure & elevated liver. The store has a wide selection of high-quality food options. I didn’t have to sift thought all the brands, I explained my dogs needs and she hand selected, both wet & dry food I requested, as well as appropriate Scooby snacks for old teeth & their health needs. Although I’ve never heard of the brands carried, I took her advice and purchased them, once home I combed over all the ingredients of everything I bought for my pups and was very happy with her choices. To my surprise the price point was inline with what I usually pay for the vet recommended food.
Although I’m not staying in the area past next month, if I was, I would continue buying from this owner, she knows what she’s talking about and I will continue to purchase the brands she recommended.

I hrought my two perokeets on for a visit, the women helped clip there wings and nails, and I was able to buy there food and treats !! The owner is such a nice lady
Bird vet said it wouldve been around $300 to check on them and do a clipping, wow!!!

Absolutely adorable shop. Great products and huge selection of quality toys. Several hilarious options as well. They have dog friendly bakery style treats and you can get different kinds. Highly recommend. Shop owner was very nice also and has a sense of humor.

Enjoyed meeting the owner of the store, she was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. Cute little store and so grateful it’s in Twin Lakes. I highly recommend shopping here, fantastic selection of food, toys and misc items. I care a lot about my animals and it’s obvious she does too.
Will be shopping here from now on.

Great place for your pet needs from food to gifts to clothes, as well as treats, birthday goodies, and the employees have been super helpful in answering my questions!

Terrible service got attitude the second I walked in, don’t think I’ll be returning edit in response: I felt as thought you just looked at me as thought you didn’t want me there the whole time, that’s why I said the first part, I did not throw the treat, and you couldn’t said that it’s ok your dog can have it instead of shoving it off, and when I asked for the total of the treats I bought you ignored me which if I’m buying something I should be able to know how much I’m spending I’d say.
