Love my local store. The butcher even ordered my beef hearts for me so I can feed my pup.

Always loved this store! It has everything you need with great prices! The only thing is they need more cashier's during the day.

Excellent help from cashier Autumn always there to help no matter what you need. She is truly an asset to the store. Whenever she is around you know you’re going to get the help you need. I reluctantly had to use the handicap chair because of knee issues she made me feel comfortable and not at all embarrassed she insisted that I was able to shop in comfort. Thank you young lady for being there.

It is a nice community grocery store. The people are very helpful when asking to find something. We like going there over some of the larger chains.

They have made a few modifications over time. It keeps staying a very good local grocery store.

Shopping was nice we found some good deals on meats which is important since I am on a carnivore diet. Awesome store.

I was just passing through Twin Lakes and I stopped with my toddler to grab some food at the deli. I couldn't believe how good the chickens tenders were! Walking through the store I found amazing prices on stuff I normally purchase at Super Walmart. I wish I lived closer to do my shopping here all the time!

It has the basic needs with a great meat section that has everything you need for the grill. Very clean and well organized.

This new store is the best thing that has happened to Twin Lakes.
The deli department had an 100 percent turn around. The fried chicken is delicious not like Richters that was dry an tasteless. Love the Italian look and variety of Italian foods. Meat department is amazing also. The meat is fresh a eye appealing. Prices are fair . Theirs sales are great . Thanks for moving g to Twin Lakes.

I'm New to the area, loved the store brand baked ham and the chop salad. My cashier was very cool and informative about their loyalty program. They're remodeling, which some people had companied about. I found inexpensive prices on some items. I have to wonder why Richter's pulled out?

At this very starting point I don't think people are giving this store enough credit. They practically opened their doors when our country was going into panic. Being a small store like that they probably are not staffed the way stores need to be staffed at the moment. As some of us are feeling frustrated and lost and confused ourselves you can't expect these cashier's and other employees to be absolutely chipper themselves. I myself did have a good experience. I went early Monday March 16th as soon as they were opening since supplies everywhere was low I was trying to actually be able to get my groceries. I had a medium size list of stuff to get since their sale ad was amazing lots of things for great prices such as meat and vegetables. All vegetables I was looking for were available and they were probably the only store in the area with bottled water. I had a few meat items on my list upon arriving to the meat section things were a little low but amazingly enough a nice guy working in the meat department had no problem asking me what I was looking for and fetching the things from the back for me. I did get everything I needed and the meat was freshly packaged (a plus) I got to the checkout and my debit card was not working due to the system being overloaded the cashier tried and tried and tried not ever getting mad or frustrated I did have to go to service desk to finish my transaction where the lady was able to get my card to work she was nice and advising not to panic which i wasn't but it shows she was caring for others feelings and we'll being.
I was an Aldi shopper but find myself now getting my whole list of groceries at berkots at the same cost.
Give them a chance they are new and things are crazy right now.

I have always been a fan of our local grocery store. I love the employees and how they help you feel welcome. I know a lot of them by name and they recognize me as well. When it switched from Richter's to Berkot's I was so concerned about not having the same small town feel, the same people that make it a pleasant shopping experience. Some people have left, but many have stayed. I have to say during this time of need, Berkot's has come through in supplying our community when many other store shelves have been empty. The prices are also more affordable than Richter's. Thank you and welcome.

I love this store. It's a bit further than other's but far more pleasant people and great prices. I'd rather give my hard earned money to people like this than someone who's gonna snarl at me😀

It just opened but has awesome sales. I was happy to see they are keeping the sub sandwich setup. I hope to see more dry goods and less liquor as they transition.

We used Berkot's catering services for a family funeral. The staff was extremely helpful with all our accommodations. The food was excellent: we had fried chicken, Italian beef (comes with buns), mostaccioli, wedges and coleslaw. We also ordered the cookie tray and brownies, cheese and fruit platter and veggie tray. All crowd favorites. Highly recommend as the service and cost per person were excellent.
