Richmond Dog N Suds

Love the vintage feel of this place! We pulled up and were greeted within 60 seconds, ordered a two grilled chicken sandwiches, two mozzarella sticks, one root beer float, and one dog n suds root beer. Everything was great! I’d probably not order the chicken sandwich again, but they have so many options on the menu, there’s plenty more to choose from. My husband was so excited about the root beer float, he’d somehow never had one and he said he wants to come back here every week for the floats lol.
Will definitely be back!

Been here 3 times already! The chicken wings, mozz sticks, coney dog and pizza burger are our favorite so far. And the root beer is the best we’ve had. We’ve just moved to the area so we’re getting to know places around us and the waitress remembered us when we pulled up today! It sounds silly, but we were so excited she remembered us. We moved from a bigger city so we aren’t used to that kind of hospitality and it just made us feel so welcome. This place rocks.

New owners are fantastic. Friendly and prompt service. The burgers and fries were delicious. Get the root beer….it’s the best around!

Old, small town, Drive-In experience. Staff is very friendly, people of all ages were there and everybody looked to be enjoying themselves! Food was good, if I'm ever in the area I'll go back!

It's our first time here. We had a great experience! The Chicago hot dog was great, my partners burger was great and my mom enjoyed her Italian sausage sandwich.

I enjoyed the nostalgia, the food was good and as expected, service was fast as the car hop took my order and brought my food in 5 minutes, prices were reasonable

Delightful and worthwhile stop for dogs, burgers and root beer. I got the Texas Twin burger without a bun and it was tasty, but if you can eat the bun—do! Try the shakes if you’ve got room for dessert

Awesome roadside drive in! Authentic, good service, tasty food. Definitely will look to stop there again when I'm on the road and it is their open season!

Saw this place as we were driving home. Had to turn around bc it reminded us of "our youth". Coincidentally they had a 60th anniversary party the prev night. The root beer and the corn dogs as i remembered them. Great breading & great dog!! We are trying to plan another trip up there..worth the drive folks!!

Coney Dog (sweet chili), Cheese Curds, Curly fries, Corn dogs & the most Delicious root beer EVER!! I can't remember the servers names but ALL THE STAFF WERE AWESOME! We stumbled upon after we left the Geneva Safari on our way way & i haven't seen a Dog'N'Suds since I was a child amd now my family got to enjoy my wonderful childhood experience!

Great stop off of Rt. 31/12 and near the bike trail in Richmond. The ice cream and root beer hit the spot. So many other menu choices to leave for next time. Refreshingly clean, fun atmosphere. Service was friendly and reasonably quick.

First time visit and was sorry to see the place is for sale after being in business for 90 years. We drove just over an hour on a cold rainy afternoon and really enjoyed ourselves. The young man serving us was truly a treasure. Everything we ate was delicious. The sundaes were phenomenal, and I highly recommend the funnel cake sundae. Just be prepare to share!

Great burger grandkids had hot dogs, young lady that took our order was very patient and very nice. Great cherry pop.

Great food with good service. Everything was fresh and great as I stopped there while I was traveling late at night. They apologized for the wait but it was well worth it.

Fun place to eat, the ice cream is especially creamy and delicious. Their root beer floats are also quite good.

Stopped in finally to see wat they were all about and it was amazing our server was Angus an absolute gem for customer service now to the food got the famous coney footling and it was fire the onion rings are cooked to perfection great fried mushrooms and the dog bites were awesome just spicy enough very recommended shakes are so good
