Taco Bell

I haven't stopped at this Taco Bell before since it isn't that close to me. I was on the road and needed something to eat. I'm glad this was my stop. I watched the person making food and he was very specific in making the orders. So much so that I would actually say the food looked like the menu pictures! Not trying to sound sarcastic at all - the food was very good and what I would hope all Taco Bells hand to their customers but I can tell you that isn't the norm. It was appreciated for sure!

Unbelievable that there is still great customer service. Everyone was so helpful when I was asking about menu items they no longer have, they made me exactly what I wanted. Wonderful staff, that I wish was every where. Kudos to you all! Thanks for making my day.

After read bad reviews I expected the typical issues but the service was very friendly and everything came out quick and correct.

They caught an order mistake before I drove away. They were on it! Customer service and food quality are always good.

This locations team has it together. Quick, gets my order correct every time.. I used to NOT go to this location, went to Lake Geneva, but this team (mostly the AM team but occassionally PM team) is great now!

We just went through the drive thru and the employee taking our order and at the window was chipper and kind. I ordered something without tomato and actually got what I ordered. I wish all Taco Bell’s would follow this one’s lead. We are traveling and stopped here for lunch. The food was hot, the burritos were properly made with ingredients distributed evenly.

Short staffed so lobby was closed. Completely understandable. They did a great job of keeping the drive thru moving and were in good spirits. Very friendly. And the food was hot and delicious!

I occasionally come through for breakfast. Food is always hot and delicious. Usually very fast. I can't say anything for the night or overnight crew but the ones working breakfast are awesome.

Well taken care of taco bell and good food woth the right proportions

There's a new guy named John who handled a stressful situation very well and gave us coupons for messing up, even though we all totally understand being new at a job. His coworkers were sort of jerks and one of the dudes necks was covered in hickies which is kinda gross, but this John guy is awesome and made the experience great.

Great Toco Bell they are always polite and nice and timely, poor servers must get back ache cause how window is set up is too low need to resurface outside and raise up ground 6-8 inches. How the window is they have to lean out to reach low cars but they dont complaine

Food has been fresh and delicious every single time. Staff is patient and works hard. I drive to this location even though I live in Lake Geneva 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Delavan Taco Bell is the best ever. Always gets your order right, staff is friendly and efficient, restaurant is clean.

Very good and right with our order. Very polite. Only remarks was when asked to have the receipt they had to try to get me a copy. That's it.

Everytime I come here, I am always greeted by everyone. The head assistant Omar, always displays a positive attitude, he is always smiling and performs great customer service!
