Ty Faust came to quote me on the installation of a Radon Mitigation System for my home/ basement due to the high readings from a home test kit. He was very professional and pleasant upon arrival at my home, reviewed the situation and determined how best to proceed with this installation. It took maybe a half hour and he left with what he needed to give me a firm quote for this project. He followed up within a day with a quote and we had this scheduled for the following week. He explained the process as did his installer, Riley, and everything went smoothly. I find H J Faust to be a good company to work with and their prices are reasonable. I do recommend them for this kind of work. Very pleasant and professional!
Riley was my installer for the Radon Mitigation System. He and his associate did a very professional job, arrived on time and finished up as expected based upon the information provided by Ty Faust at his visit to quote this project. They cleaned up well and solved my high radon levels in the basement. I would recommend this company for this service. Great job!

Jake returned today due to a furnace issue. Between the both of us we figured out the cartridge for neutralize was the issue. His temporary fix is much appreciated and look forward to his return for a permanent fix.

After reviewing 5 different quotes (3 from Lennox vendors), I ended up installing a Lennox EL96/EL17CX1 system from HJ Faust. Eric was very professional in assessing requirements, explaining and answering my numerous questions about AFUE/SEER ratings /Federal Tax credits etc. I was surprised to see this Local contractor from Burlington was cheaper than the Home Depot & Costco referred big vendors. I was also impressed by the 550+ five star google reviews.

Installation went very smoothly. On the day of the installation I received a call from Eric telling me that I am receiving an upgraded system(ML17CX1 to EL17CX1) because the original order Lennox shipped got damaged in transportation. It was a pleasant surprise.
Jarred and Reilly did an excellent job removing the old system and putting in the new one. Each time they entered the house they put in plastic shoe covers even after I told them it is OK.

The communication was also excellent. Before arriving they would send out a text with estimated time of arrival and the picture of the person coming to the house. BTW Eric need to update his picture in the system :)

On one of the coldest days in the coldest weather in years our furnace failed. Called Faust and left message that we needed service
We were not familiar with the company but wanted someone local if possible. Previous companies used had all moved to Milwaukee. Within half an hour we had a response and Nick Grab, service tech was on site. He soon determined the 25 Y. O. Furnace needed a replacement board and possibly additional parts. Parts availability and cost plus labor on an old furnace made our decision to replace it easy. Nick contacted Lori Koch to get sizing ,pricing and availability for us. She arrived quickly and determined our needs and cost. She was very understanding of our needs and was able to schedule installation for the next morning. Couldn't believe our good luck. She also got us great financing as we hadn't planned for this cost. Bright and early the next morning. Chris Pontel. Installer, arrived with new furnace. He and his assistant quickly removed the old furnace and installed the new one. We had heat in 4 hours!. He also corrected some code issues from the previous furnace installation. He discussed the furnace features and operation and answered all our questions. They cleaned up the work area and removed all the trash. It was a great team effort and couldn't be happier with the outcome. So glad we called Faust. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service or a new furnace.

Absolutely they did a wonderful job. This is the first time we use them. The technicians name was Jeff, he came out. Did a thorough investigation and resolved the issue was patient. I will definitely use them from this point forward.

We booked this company to fix our furnace after another company had already came out and failed to fix it costing us hundreds of wasted dollars. The other company told us things needed to be replaced and would cost us thousands. Our technician we got from HJ debunked that, fixed the actual problem, saved us thousands of dollars, and did it all for a reasonable price. He was awesome and I'll only be using this company for any future needs, thank you!

Riley and Chris did our install. They did an INCREDIBLE job. We are so grateful for their kindness, and the kindness of the HJ Faust team. They felt like neighbors coming in to help, and that’s a really sweet feeling. Not to mention, when they left, our home looked like nobody had even been in it. They cleaned up every little piece and it looked cleaner than before they arrived. Thank you guys for all you do. The comfort advisor Eric and the installers Jared and the other fellow all were great. We took a long time to make up our minds and Eric was nothing but helpful. The installers did all the work over a couple days on the furnace and air conditioner being mindful of any of there tools and cleaning up after themselves. Always wore the shoe covers. I definitely recommend them.

We used H.J. Faust to replace/upgrade our home thermostat and it was a great experience. From our first phone call to get information, the lady we spoke to on the phone was friendly and very knowledgeable and we were able to setup an appointment just a few days out from our call. Jeff was our technician who did the thermostat wiring and install and he was also extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He even helped us save some money by knowing a workaround for wiring versus needing an additional part. We are beyond happy with our service and highly recommend this company.

Nick did an awesome job servicing our furnace and explaining everything that he did and how even was operating. He also explained very well anything that would possibly need to be fixed/replaced at some point in the near future. Highly recommend HJ Faust!

I have dual experience with both Nick G and Jeff B. During our recent visit for a furnace that was talking back.Nick G came out first and of course the furnace behaved like it should but suggested if we here it again take a video recording so they might catch it misbehaving. We did exactly what was needed. Jeff B was our next visit ,now with proof we’re not crazy old folks. Sadly, the furnace worked like it should. Now we were focusing in on a possible fix.
The Faust techs were polite knowledgeable and reassuring in dealing with an unexplained noise. Thx guys for your patience.

Couldn't have asked for prompter service. They sent Jake out to fix my furnace within a half hour after I called. The office staff and Jake were great and super efficient!!

I came home from work to discover my furnace was not kicking out any heat. Jeff arrived within 15 minutes of my call to HJ Faust. He explained everything he was doing to diagnose and fix my heat. I’m now sitting comfortably, toasty warm!
