DICK'S Sporting Goods

First time in this store today. I came in search of a gift for a child who enjoys playing golf. I saw the perfect gift on their website, and they had plenty of the item in stock. It was easy to find.

Will I be back? Probably not any time soon, but that is only because do not shop in sporting good stores often.

Great customer service! Ricky was very helpful and good at juggling the various things demanding his attention while still making sure everyone was being serviced.

Awesome service!! Got the help we needed as well as time spent helping us install the kayak racks on top of our SUV. We had great service when asking questions as well.

Today was the first time I have been inside this store. Awesome!! All types of interesting stuff. 😁😆 You can get your fishing, hunting, etc. Licences. If you are over 65, yours is free, just have your FL ID for the Game Warden, when he or she silently walk up on you. I said it like that because you are concentrating so much on fishing etc. that it seems like they just appeared out of no where!! ☺ Always follow the rules, etc. so everyone can enjoy themselves. But they have what you need. If not they will tell you where to go!!!!

The place was big and very clean. There were friendly staff for the most part everywhere in the store. We asked for the knives section and were directed to a small area near the checkout. I was amazed at the fact that they had hardly any knives. I feel that they could have more diving knives and camping knives too.

I had an amazing experience in the shoe department! Hailey is knowledgeable and helpful. My partner and I found some great shoes and had a lot of fun in the process. Thanks Hailey!! Oh yeah and we won't be seeing that second Indian movie.😂 Inside joke!!

I was looking for a new pair of running shoes. I found what I needed. Was asked if I needed assistance. Great store.

This is a good store. I've been here a bunch of times and have never had a problem. They gave me a ha rd time about a return for Christmas. But the cashier realized how crazy he was being and changed his mind on the refund. I've made big and small purchases here. I'd recommend them.

I had a wonderful and very pleasant shopping experience yesterday with this store. I called before heading over to make sure they had what I was looking for, was not on hold long and was given an answer. The sales associate working the floor went to the back more than once to check on items I needed and the cashier was so patient with me as I decided during check-out that I was going to hold off on one of the items. I was being an annoying customer that day and they still gave me excellent service! I will be returning for all of my future sporting goods needs!

Was just here to buy myself some birthday gifts. Zachary checked me out. He was extremely professional and very helpful with the check.put process. He was kind enough to wish me a happy birthday and happy Thanksgiving. He definitely went qbove and beyond. What an exceptional employee :)

The Dick’s team has been very helpful. I struggled to find soccer cleats that didn’t hurt my wide feet but after a couple of exchanges we are good to go. Thank you for your help!

They lady Leslie was very helpful over the phone and she went out of her way to help me. She also help me when I got to the store to find the right cleats for my son. Great customer service all around even at checkout.

So excited! Just picked up a new Shakespeare GC2 and some Zoom worms and heading to catch some bass! Love having this store in town because there clearance section has amazing deals and tons of lures, weights, and hools to chose from! And pretty sure I mentioned "that was just the clearance section"!! I was able to get 2 items from clearance and 3 from the shelf and it cost me less then $21!! Highly recommend!

If you need it, they most likely have it. Not only is the selection great but the store is very clean and we'll merchandised. What really sets it apart from other sporting goods locations and most other retail stores is their impeccable customer service. Very helpful staff all around the store to quickly answer any and all questions. A very quick check-out process that makes buying fun!

Brought a baseball glove and paid extra for the warranty. Couldn't find the warranty, the manager searched for my purchase until he found it. He helped me out alot. Thanks. My next visit we purchased Christmas gifts and our cashier was cold didn't smile and seem very phoney. I gave 5 stars because of the encounter with the manager not her.

I work at a group home and I took one of my residents (who suffers from a number of disabilities) there to look at a few items. The store manager LANE noticed us walking around. We spoke and i told him that i was looking for a key chain for my resident because he learned how to open his bedroom door with his own key. The resident was spending his own money and what he picked out was expensive for his budget. Lane noticed that and out of the kindness of his heart he GAVE my resident a NIKE key chain. We were surprised and very thankful. In this time of uncertainty and divisiveness in this country someone who we didn't know was very kind to us. I just wanna personally thank the store manager LANE for his kind jesture.

Employees were very helpful once I found them. The prices are always a bit high but the selection is good. The store is clean and organized which is a big plus!

A wonderful.place to shop. A w-i-d-e variety of products at fair prices is good but is the friendliness if the staff that sets this place apart. The perfect balance of ready to assist you with readiness to leave you alone.

Keeps a good stock of workout equipment and has great sales on outdoor wear. Staff has always been helpful and willing to track stuff down or let me know when they'd restock.

I will say I only come here for shoes because you can find some reasonably priced ones for less than $75. The clothing on the other hand is all Nike or under armor and extremely high priced and not for me. but I just bought my second pair of shoes from here today and can say I will come back in the future.
