Bath & Body Works

Bath and BodyWorks is my go-to for hand soap and candles, and the Watauga, TX location is fantastic. Ample parking sets it apart from the busier Southlake location. The staff is friendly, and the store is well-organized, making shopping here a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite B&B location. The store is always clean, displays and shelves are neatly stocked and they always have what I need in stock. The staff is always pleasant and helpful plus it's about a mile from my house. Definitely beats having to drive to the mall and dealing with that crowd. I can order online and pick up at the store which is also convenient. I once ordered 12 3-wick candles online and each one of them arrived broken due to poor packaging. I called the store and they said to bring it in and they will do an exchange. Took my box of broken candles in and exchanged them for new ones no problem. The sales person even told me this happens all the time when ordering candles online.

I was there during the Chaos of 2 days before Christmas.

Lots of employees there to help, and despite the long line, the wait time was extremely minimal.

This is and always has been such a wonderful location! The staff here has always been super kind and very helpful! They are also staying as Covid safe as they can for those that are interested!

Emily is such a sweetheart! She was exceedingly kind to my sister and I! She was not only extremely patient, but understanding in a very painfully awkward moment of mine. 10/10 :) Also, there is another worker with amazing makeup skills who was very helpful to us as well. (I wish I knew her name because she is fabulous!) Very safe environment with lots of kind people!

Didn't know there was a Bath & Body here. Popped in to see the latest scents. This store is smaller than the one at the mall. Granted it's in a shopping plaza. It was definitely organized better than other stores I've been to. Found a new scent for fall. Thank you Angela for your help and honest opinion.

Big shout out to all the ladies that helped my 8 year old daughter make her first exchange for the first time. Our candle was ordered online and one broke so she wanted to go exchange it for mommy bc I was too busy to go. My husband observed the team and said you were all so nice and accommodating to her. I am grateful how easy and comfortable they all made her feel. Thank you ladies so much you made her experience memorable she feels like a big girl now!

Wow! I just had the best customer service experience! I have the personality type that I stick to what I like. My favorite wall fragrance was sold out and an employee took the time to look all over the store, instead of just giving up right away. This employee went above and beyond to assist me with finding a new fragrance. Not only did she help me find a wall fragrance, she also introduced me to room fragrances. The scents she recommended are now new favorites! I was extremely satisfied with her patience and assistance! I now have two new fragrances I like and can be my go to fragrances in addition to the one I originally like. I like having options now to purchase when the others aren’t available. I will be visiting this store specifically for all my bath and body works shopping!

Pretty impressed with this Bath & Body Works! Larger store with great selections and extremely friendly staff & cashiers. Exchanges are not a hassle nor are returns. If you can't find something, they'll help you and as soon as someone needs to checkout, they'll come to serve you quickly. All of that combined makes for a great shopping experience and I'll definitely seek this location out first for my needs!

Oh my! what a fantastic smelling experience!
I exchanged a purchase made online with no problems at all. They helped me locate products l liked and even went and found items that had lost the tags for me. I will definitely be back. They also helped me to exchange an old address so l can get mail coupons as well as online discounts.

When l first posted l loved this store but as if this week has been disappointing. This is the wax from 3 candles l took back . that's all l am going to say. They do not carry most of the fragrances l want. I don't want the house to smell like fruit all the time. I miss my san Antonio store more and more. Son tried to return a gift of bath soap was told they would give him 2.00 each..a gift???would not exchange. Jan 25 2020
