AT&T Store

My wife and I went to the store yesterday to upgrade a phone. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Jack. First and foremost, Jack reviewed our account to see if he could save us money. After a review we learned we could save a substantial amount of money and increase our service coverages. We ended up purchasing several items. Jack took the time to explain each of the pros and cons of each device and did not try to up-sale us. We enjoyed Jack’s customer service so much we went back to the store today to get another device. If you are looking for a pressure free, friendly, enjoyable experience and need a new or upgraded device, I recommend you go see Jack.

Jake was extremely helpful. We had been to 2 other AT&T stores within the hour that could not accommodate our needs. He got us in 10 minutes before close and didn't try to rush the process. He made sure we were happy before leaving even though we ended up staying after the store closed. THANKS JAKE!

Jake was awesome!! He listened to or issues and helped get us squared away! This was the 3rd time we’d been in and finally had it all taken care of.

Adriana was so sweet and helpful getting my phone plan fixed and my iPhone upgraded! I went to two other locations that redirected me because they didn’t want to help me and actually caused my initial problem. I highly recommend this location

Chris was 100% about helping my wife and I. We went to get our daughter on her own phone plan. He took care of that. Then got my wife and I new phones as well as new cases for said phones. He helped us move over all our info in our old phones to our new ones. That took a long time (not Chris fault). He kept checking on us and when we had that done he traded in our old phones. Chris did and wonderful job on his knowledge and customer service. Thank you Chris.

Adriana is the best human on the earth! I come to this location for her and her only! If you ever need anything related to ATT, she is your girl! Come into this location and ask for her, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Store Bursey & Denton Hwy they are absolutely the bestat customer service! I've gone in there several times and they've gone above & beyond service for our family. Way to go ATT!!!!

Could not have had a better experience here. Came in on Aug.9th to have my number ported over from Cricket(which had already become a frustrating disaster due to their poor service and lack of customer support.) So, I had initially bought a new phone and plan from the Keller store on Aug. 6th, just a few days ago. In hindsight, that turned out to be a huge disaster but I'm going to leave an especially negative review for them. In any given case, I had walked into the Watauga store and was initially helped by Alex who explained a couple of things to me but I was not prepared. Went out to my truck to get things in order and came back in and was helped by Leniel and he was absolutely fantastic!! The process of getting my phone ported was a major task two undertake. Sooo many steps and hoops to jump through to fix what both Cricket and the Keller store had messed up. A few calls to both AT&T and Cricket customer support but things were starting to get out of hand and needed to get a manager over here. Now we bring Eric into the fold who I assume affectionately goes by the name Smiley and it couldn't be more truer of a name. He was extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and willing to make every effort to get my problems resolved and didn't even have a dog in a fight since he didn't even sell me the device or the plan to begin with. Honestly, even other workers were jumping in to come up with resolutions and everyone truly worked as a team here with all hands on deck. Cannot recommend this location enough and encourage everyone to come here for their wireless needs and absolutely stay away from the Keller store. Customer service is not dead and it truly lives here with everyone on staff and special recognition to both Eric and Leniel.

Leniel was very patient and helpful with getting a replacement phone activated esim. We called support but they hit a snag and while we were on hold he went above and beyond with getting it active before they were able to help. Greatly appreciate having him work on our request.

We had jake serving us and he was amazing! Smooth and fast service and gave us the best deal we could need! We left very satisfied.

The guy helping us was wonderful I believe his name was Chris.

I had a great experience at this location. After buying a screen protector and attempting to place it on my iPad, I was unhappy with the results. I walked into the store and was promptly greeted, and they quickly resolved the problem. They were very friendly!

Make an appointment, during after work hours. Small but in-stock on items. Will try to sell you add On's that you can get cheaper at Walmart.

Adriana is the best rep! She’s so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Love her!

This place knows how to take care of the customer. I have a business account, and did not purchase my equipment from them, but had issues with my rep disappearing and not providing support after we received our equipment and not providing support. Sal, at this store saved AT&T a customer and resolved all of my problems with ease. He is a great asset to AT&T and he knows how to provide great customer service.
