This place has now become our favorite over Mickey Dee’s ! The food is amazing!
What I really like is the app . You can order more than one thing on sale ! Currently 2breakfast Jacks $3 two biscuits with egg&cheese $4 . Great price order on the app,go inside and pick it up ,No Waiting!

I wonder how many of these one star reviews are from first time customers? My degree is in Hospitality Management. I understand that everyone expects a certain level of service from a fast food joint. What I don't understand is people who leave a bad review on one visit and probably blow things out of proportion. I'm not calling anyone out and I know I probably shouldn't put this in my review but Jack in the Box is a fast food burger restaurant It is not a five-star dining experience and was never intended to be. Every time I go to this Jack in the Box... The service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. There have been a few times where something was forgotten or I didn't enjoy what I ordered and I don't take that out on the staff. I wish I could review it a hundred times to get your review total backup to three and a half or four stars or whatever because I think that most of these reviews are unfair. Now for my actual review for today.

So it is Christmas Day and this location was literally the only place for food on Rufe Snow that was open. It was quite obviously busy, very busy. In spite of being a little overwhelmed and having angry and rude customers, Kyle who was working the register, was visibly flustered, but ran the crew with an efficiency that was better than most people would have put out. He kept as calm as possible and was very very polite with all guests even the ones that were yelling at him. I'm very grateful for the service and I didn't mind waiting because I understand when there are that many people it's going to take a while. That's okay. Just wanted to let you all know that Kyle crushed it and so did the cooks. I'm very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you for being open, thank you for great service, and thank you for clean facilities. And Kyle deserves a raise for real.

Jack in The Box has some very good milkshakes, decent and delicious tacos. I loved their Quad Bacon Cheese Burger that they had for a limited of time along with their Spicy Roost Fries, I wish they can add it back very soon, as it was an amazing set of items. But their service is over all wonderful but there are times where they have a busy drive thru line. Anyways, I hope they keep up the good work. (I also hope to try their Loaded Tiny Spicy Tacos very soon.)

Stopped in to place a to go order. Not alot of wait time from time I ordered til my food was ready. They have some really good menu items for the price. The burgers especially the new double sourdough jack burger is really good! Friendly employees there. One of my usual spots to stop in at.

The ladies here are very sweet. Even when people can be rude or impatient. My local Jack in the box and I like it way more than others I’ve visited. Thanks for extra hot sauce!!

I love Jack's breakfast platters. This is my number 1 spot and I enjoy the staff. The only issue I have is that the prices are not set. Depending on when you go, your price for the same exact combo could change. I have addressed this twice and it keeps happening, but not just this location. Nevertheless, I love my platter!!!

There’s an employee up at this location his name is julio he deserves a raise he treats people with the out most respect and made my day even better. Need more employees like him👍🏻

We have never had a problem with our order and we order for a big family, everything always seems freshly made and we have always received polite service from everyone at this location. This is our go to for a quick dinner after running around all day, a must try.

Made the employee laugh so got a free drink! Those tacos (must put the hot sauce on!) have always been my go to when I drank! Recommend those and the poppers with ranch hit the spot.

I eat at Jack in the box quite a bit especially the one on rufe Snow in watauga. I eat there several times a week love the tacos good price even with my dog loves them too. he's special K9 friend. And he deserves the best too Id recommend Jack in the box to all my friends .

Ordered early in the morning 3am the lady who seemed the be the only one working is a hero. Got everything right got it out fast and was pleasant the whole time. Thank you very much.

Drive thru customer service was nice and they forgot our curly fries but went outside to get them to is before we left. Great service.
