Kohl's

I was shopping at Kohl's (store #0504) and had a very pleasant time. The employees were helpful and the person at check out (Dalila) could not have been more friendly and attentive. Shopping there was a great experience!

This store never fails me. The store is always tidy, the item I set out to get is always available and the personnel are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been shopping here for many years and don’t have any complaints. If ever I had a concern, the manager Ty is wonderful and always willing to assist by providing great customer service and a genuine smile which is nearly a nonexistent perk in many retail establishments we actually venture out and shop with these days. Please know great customer service is not lost on this customer. Please keep up the great work!

Great store. From the ample, well lit parking lot, to a clean and well laid-out store that stays open fairly late. From time to time I find killer deals, and if you have their coupons then it's a no-brainer. Their partnership with Amazon is everything to me - it's the most convenient way to make returns and it's a good business opportunity for them, as you are likely to buy something while you are there.

Had a greeter, which was nice, to point you in the right direction. Long line at checkout, but not a long wait. They've added self-serve checkouts as well with NO wait.

Mike the manager in jewelry department helped my son find the perfect necklace and made sure we left with a smile on our face. Great customer service! Mike is the perfect example of customer service. Thank you Mike!!

The manger for the jewelry department (Mike) helped me and my mother today during our shopping trip. We stoped at the jewelry section of the store to look at a chain for my crucifix and we went to go check out come to see that he made a mistake on the price that he had told us and in conclusion of that he gave us a $50 chain for $22 so if you see him in the store and are having trouble in the jewelry section ask for him. Wonderful service

Bargains are to be had if you have a store charge card. Clothing is in good taste. Combining offers can save on appliances. No hassle returns.

Yes I was at Kohl's yesterday I had to cashier she was wonderful very professional very helpful her name is Brenda nice smile it's nice to go into a store and have nice cashiers Associates to help you very well please very happy she made my day she deserves to be employee of the month

The place had a vast inventory of mid to upper class priced merchandise. I was there to return an Amazon package. They have that set up all the way in the back. The customer service representative at the front area of the store was very helpful in pointing me towards the rear of the store so that I was able to know where to go.

I purchased a men's outerwear, the price was $160.00, I got it on sale for $64.00, plus the Kohls cash reward and coupon discount left me with only $47.20 to pay for the coat, I will go back before the week is over.
I have already seen the next thing I am going to purchase.
Kohls is my shopping friend.

This particular Kohl's is well organized, clean, and not hard to get in and out of. Best of all was my experience at checkout with Debra. She really educated me today and was patient and friendly about everything. I hope someone at the store or with the franchise will recognize her efforts.

JUST RETURNED MY IZOD SHIRT I ACCODENTALLY BOUGHT TWO OF FROM 2 DIFFERENT STORES LOL AND ENDED UP BUYING TWO MORE SHIRTS AND A PAIR OF SWEATPANTS THAT I DESPERATELY NEED... TY AGAIN FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE BACK SOON WITH MY FIANCE SOON TO BE WIFE IN 15 DAYS TO BUY A FEW MORE THINGS FOR THE BIG DAY...!!!!

Great customer service! I was recently in there for a quick grab and go and the employee with long dark hair ( never grabbed her name) was very helpful by showing me directly to what i needed and grabbed my size!

I love kohl's and everything i needed,I found without a problem.Also,the salesperson on the floor directed my daughter and I to the department we needed in order to make our purchase..

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and take the time to answer any questions that you have. If you have a small child, I recommend exiting through the middle doors if you don’t want them to see all of the stuffed animals for purchase at the main register. Although I do love that all of the stuffed animals and books sold near the register are five dollars each and proceeds go to charity.

Excellent customer service. Helen in the shoe dept. is awesome she went way above and beyond to help my daughter find a pair of shoes for her school dance. She is definitely an asset to company. I highly recommend doing your shopping here.

Came with a friend of mine to do some bargain hunting. She found several cardigans she liked. She got some leggings too, and a cute sweater for her dog. I found a few things I liked, but they were not on sale, so I passed. If you can find what you want on sale, then it's well worth it. There were some nice benches in the breezeway, so I took a break while she finished up.
