I was surprised to see bad reviews about this store. I have been there a few times and the young people who work there are so sweet and knowledgeable. Sometimes policies are frustrating and can impact how we see people’s customer service so maybe that impacted poor reviews. My experience both times I went there was extremely positive. They gave me tons of options, were super patient and kind, and didn’t pressure me into anything. Really nice group of people there.

- Come here for my monthly bill and it is always the same amount, granted sometimes the bill goes up but I immediately call them and they bring my bill back to the same amount
- There is also specials like buy 2 note 20 5g and add a line and get 1 note 20 5g for free
- I would definitely reccomend going here

Leslie the store manager greeted me with a smile as did all the other employees in the store. She asked me how could she help me. I said it's a long story. She said no problem let's see what we need to do to help you. Her help and knowledge of all the aspects of helping me went as smooth and quick as any service at any time at any t-mobile I have ever been to in my 8 years of being with t mobile.

Mercedes was amazing! She helped me get out of a bad deal with Boost. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the phones. She answered every question I had with no hesitation! I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Tiffany, the store manager, is AWESOME!!! The teamwork is impeccable and everyone was very helpful and friendly! I had an issue shortly after getting a new phone and I panicked but Tiffany was SO calm! Her demeanor helped calm me as she took care of my issue quickly and effortlessly! Thank you guys! My experience with T-Mobile changed from awful to great becuz of this Randall St store! 😇😆🥰

Love this store! I was greeted by everyone with great energy. Customer service was amazing. A young girl named Mercedes had helped me with phone problems and explained everything step by step. Overall the service was great!

Avani was AMAZING!!!!!Her customer service was highly favorable. Her knowledge of phones,sales, and plans were clear and very professional.I was able to get start a new plan with the best customer service. I came in with a demlia with another carrier and avani went above and beyond also took her time to get me set up for success. PLEASE promote this wonderful young lady. An Allow her to have more access to managerial.

I really had a great experience at this store. I use to come but I stop because the service was not up to par. I’m glad i stopped in again. The environment was clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and courteous. But most of all the knowledge was over the top great. From the manager to the employee’s . I would definitely recommend this store!
