C.M.L Roofing & General Contracting

My first call to CML Roofing was back in December to assess minor damage from a storm. They were at my residence within 24 hours of my call and we had a plan in place for short term repairs and a long term solution to replace our roof. Within a week, and thankfully before the next big rain storm, they repaired our roof. We were assured that we would be on the list for a new roof in the spring. Sure enough…. Just a week into March…. We have a beautiful new roof! It looks great and feels even better to know we have the warranty! The crew who came out to do the work were fabulous…. Professional and extremely hard workers! The day they were at our house was a windy, blustery day! They worked until the job was done and every piece of windswept material was cleaned up. Thank you sooo much Colin, Leo, and crew! You all were such a pleasure to meet and work with. I also loved that you are local….. neighbors helping neighbors!!!

CML Roofing was awesome from start to finish on my recent roofing project. Colin was great and spent a bunch of time explaining the process with me and what to expect; he has kept in constant contact too, which is really appreciated. Leo and crew communicated all during the actual project day and were so respectful of my property. Roof was done quick (and just in time for a big snowstorm the next day!) and I appreciated Chris showing up to make sure everything was just right, including a skylight install. We got many quotes for the new roof but by far the CML quote was the most detailed of all. We really went into the job knowing exactly what we were getting for our money. The crew showed up on time and were very organized. We are very happy with the quality of the roof. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Todd and the team at CML did great work on our house. They replaced the roof shingles in a single day. Additionally we are the proud owners of new gutters - our house is managing water way better than it ever did. Most importantly for us, we needed some carpentry to make the job look good and be robust for the long term. Todd set up an expert team and the quality of the work is outstanding. Highly recommended.

I chose CML because after I called they sent a rep out who did a very thorough inspection of the roof and found the source of the leak. Because of all the rain it took awhile for them to be able to come out. Colin came back out to fix the leak to protect me before a big storm was about to hit! A few days later, they came out with enough men to do the whole job in one day. They did a beautiful job, putting down tarps and collecting all the shingles so my house was not littered with a bunch of roofing nails and debris! Colin came out afterwards and realized one aspect of the job had not been completed according to the contract. I would never had known the difference.They came back out and completed it correctly. The company does excellent professional work and does it with integrity.

We used CML for siding replacement and window replacement and will be coming back to them for work on our roof - we love a full service team! Todd was excellent and prompt in providing detailed quotes and worked with us to find a siding product that had the look and quality we wanted without going bankrupt. Chris and the install team were efficient, courteous, thorough and timely. All teams were very communicative and reachable by text, phone and email, which made the process smoother as well as my nerves. Bonus points for being great with our dogs! Highly recommend.

I found several pieces of roofing shingles in my yard after a major wind storm in December of 23. I called a couple of roofing contractors and expressed my concern. John from C.M.L responded immediately. He not only met with me a few days later, he actually went on the roof and inspected the damage. I was assured the roof was weather tight.
We made arrangements to completely replace the roof this spring as it was the original installed in 1999.
The roofing materials arrived the day before the job started. I spoke with Leo, our project manager about the job. He said they would be done in one day. I left for work the next morning a little skeptical. When I arrived home that evening I was very impressed. I not only had a terrific looking new roof, everything was clean!
I would definitely hire C.M.L again. Communication was great, with competitive pricing and the best workmanship warranty. Nice job!!

Great roofing company! They put a new roof and plywood on in two days. Very honest, reliable, efficient and hard working! I recommend 100%. I wish there were more honest companies like this! They even reimbursed me for plywood they didn’t use!

I can’t say enough about CML Roofing. From the first meeting to the thorough clean up, they were a pleasure to work with. The estimate was detailed and complete. They broke it down to exclude and include replacing 5 skylights. We had 3 other reputable estimates and theirs was right there, and clearly they were committed to quality— skill and materials. Chris and Colin educated us all along the process and answered our questions with depth. We had a beautiful selection of shingles to choose from and outstanding quality skylights. The 8 person crew arrived on time and worked constantly, communicating and cleaning up debris as they worked. The skylights, roof, and clean up were finished in one day. Chris and Colin were on site and available for any questions. The next day, some crew did the finishing touches, sealed, and painted around the skylights inside. Everyone and everything showed the highest skill and professionalism. We highly recommend CML for roofing and construction. They really cared about us and delivering the highest quality product. I had water leak into my 1st floor ceiling due to poor roof installation with previous owner (top right picture). I searched online for roofing, and CML was one of several contractors who came to give me an estimate. All were pretty much comparable to cost/work that needed to be done. What set CML apart was Colin grabbing his ladder and climbing up on the roof. That sold me. Rather than speculating what could be the problem, he looked at it 1st hand. The day the crew came, they got right to work. As you can see in the pictures, they are a "well oiled machine". New shingles were not placed over the old boards, new boards were placed. The new roof installation was completed in a few hours.
One final note.. we added some articles to the dumpster. The company wouldn't haul it away because things were above the sides. Chris came right over and straightened it all out. This is what I consider great customer service.
No homeowner wants to hear the words "you need a new roof", but I highly recommend CML if anyone finds themselves in that situation.

I chose C.M.L. because they were so knowledgeable about re-roofing an early 1800’s house and barn. I appreciated their attentiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. They were clear with me about possible scenarios that might ensue once they removed the old shingles, and their multiple quotes reflected my options. The crew was superb—efficient, knowledgeable, incredibly hard workers who left the area clean every day. I would strongly recommend C.M.L. to anyone. Kudos to Colin and Chris for running a business with heart and professionalism!

We had 11 windows quoted to replace cheap ones installed in our 1869 home that leaked cold air and welcomed a ton of road noise in late fall. Both Colin and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and their recommendation to go with locally made Matthews Brothers windows made us decide to go with them despite the quote being a bit higher than the other we received. It was definitely a good decision! They re-measured for ordering, we waited for the windows to be made, and when they were ready- Colin was right on top of installation by his colleague Greg. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism throughout the process. We’re beyond happy with the result- they look great, no more leaks and the house is almost too quiet! Highly recommended.

Cml roofing did a awesome job with this huge project. When colin only told me a few days i didn't believe him at all but he was right! I had four skylights replaced and one new one put in. Would highly recommend!

C.M.L. Roofing & General Contracting not only met but exceeded my wildest expectations. I dealt with three different managers during the siding of my house; each was knowledgeable, forthright and put up with my numerous questions. Even when I called, pestering them with numerous concerns (all of which had previously been fully discussed) they politely and patiently answered them. The crew arrived on schedule every morning, they worked throughout the day only taking a short lunch break. Before they left, late in the afternoon, they cleaned up. I can't stress enough how completely satisfied I am with this wonderful company. When completed, the house looked like a million dollars. Since then, I have stayed in touch with them and have called asking their input for various things...and guess what?...they are still politely and patiently answering my questions. I cannot recommend this company more! Don't put it off any longer..........call C.M.L Roofing & General Contracting and treat yourself to new siding and/or a roof! You will not be sorry!

I couldn't say enough good things about this company. We had some significant wind damage to our roof during a storm and were in need of a quick repair before we got any rain. Chris was able to work with us and get a crew out here extremely fast to take care of things.
This company seems to be exactly what you would hope for when dealing with a roofing or contracting company. Professional, efficient and fair. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the new roof installed by CML Roofing & GC. My 20+ year old roof on a tall house had lots of pitch changes and gables….plus some of the gable and entryway wood trim needed replacement. The crew was very careful with removal of the old roof. Lots of tarps over bushes and gardens. Each of the 4 days ended with ground cleanup. The new roof and wood trim looks great. Careful ground sweep for nails and debris was much appreciated. Big rainstorm shortly afterwards and the roof was well sealed! The job was completed as priced and scoped. Friendly crew. Attentive project manager. I would recommend CML to others, for sure…
