Hannaford Distribution Center

I am a new driver and this is a very active docking area/ site that includes others truckers / cars / yard jockeys and pedestrians. Due to my nervousness and inexperience I would just stop and wait or try to move out the way while docking at my assigned door. By the grace of God I was fortunate to meet Mr. Mylan - a Hannaford yard jockey who helped to still the flow of traffic so that I could safely navigate to dock. He truly is a god send - warm, welcoming presence. Extremely professional and very helpful. It’s employees like this that are assets, upholding good work environment & just a pleasure to interact with. I can not thank you enough Mylan.

Love coming here with my company. They are super nice and very accommodating!!!! Took me in right close to cut off time . Called to make sure I was still on the way and if everything was ok . I love places like this.

Typical grocery warehouse 2 to 3 hours capstone lumper is getting expensive for the time it takes them to unload and get bills back to you is lacking respect for drivers. I can get unloaded and on the road in 1 hour or less at places without lumpers. These lumper services need to start living in real time and appreciate the drivers.

Not a bad place to do a delivery, once you get there you check with the guard either he gives you a door or tells you to park and they will call you to give you a door. It took them about 2 hrs to unload a full trailer so it wasn't bad. Only thing is get at least an hour earlier because sometimes there is line and it will take 30 to 45 minutes to get to guard to check in.

Very nice ppl fast unloading my appointment was 5am check in at 4:30a got door 5a out 6:30a pay the lumper and get wait for until they call you for paperwork

Truckers. If you wanna get received early, just call the google maps number for here and speak to the department you are going to. Friendly people and got me to a dock over 24 hrs early, but i called first, then was instructed no guarantees and to call the day of possible arrival and they would let me know. So i high tailed it from dodge city kansas to here in 3 days and called day of arrival 30 miles before arriving. They said come on. So, now im free to go eat a Maine Lobster, check out their local mall to walk my little buddy. Pretty much an off day. Thanks.....Cajun Dave. I hear they got huge crawfish in these parts of the country but they call em Lobster....🤣✌🏻🍽

Arrived 9:15 for 10:00 appointment.. checked in with security and put right in door.. took paperwork to receiving office.. capstone paperless lumper. Left at 10:37 no overnight I stayed at Kennebunkport service plaza less than 30 minutes away. People were nice no issues here whatsoever..

Not bad for unloading 19,000 lbs , my appointment was at 0800am ,, I showed up at 0600am and they put me in a door right away but they didn't start right away lol no big deal sense my appointment is 0800 ,, they finished at 11am and capstone fee was 295$ ,,

There was no long wait time to get unloaded, they unloaded me right away. The receptionist in receiving (Chelsea Pinkham) was amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating. Something that drivers don’t always receive. She went above and beyond and her kind gesture did not go unnoticed. Keep up the great job Chelsea *thumbs up*

Bang! Simple. No problems at all. Just pull-up in line and wait to get to window. Your either going to the left or the right once past guard shack

Busy place they really try hard small place. For the amount of trucks comming in daily. I think they do a great job!

Quick unloading 6pm appointment, They give me a door 5 pm. At 7 pm out

Arrived at 4:20 for a 5:00 appointment. The staging area was full, so they told me to go park in front of a door that wasn’t being used to wait for my actual door assignment. I didn’t even have time to park before they called with my actual door assignment.

Once I was docked they sent the lumper payment to be paid right away so that was able to be taken care of and out of the way.

I had my bills in hand and leaving at 5:45.

10 pallets 360 pieces.

Super fast and friendly.

Very nice ppl works here. Respectful to the drivers. First you check in at thr gate. Then you go to your dock right away and go into the office. After loading&unloading they bring the papers to your truck.

Quick unload, no overnight parking. Everyone is super nice... check in with guard put into dock, then bring bills to office... no parking around city, have a service plaza 20 miles away...

They were great but my load wasn't. I got refuse to do poor products

Do not listen to drivers that hate any place that isn't perfect. This place is fine. No overnight parking but plenty of places close by you can sneak into. They will take you in a couple of hours early and park to wait for door. They are really fast once you get a door.
