AT&T Store

I had an excellent experience with Lorena and Amber today. They went above and beyond setting up my daughters iPad which had some technical issues. I was highly impressed by the patience and professionalism these ladies demonstrated. The manager was also helpful. I would highly recommend this location!

Aidan and the store manager were both extremely knowledgable and helpful. The store is well-equipped. They do a great job there!

Carlos most recently Spent 2 hours working with AT&T to resolve the issue, and Jerome, the day before, Gave me great tips and advice. Both are knowledgeable and both worked diligently to help me resolve the issue that I had with AT&T. Of all the AT&T stores, this one seems to have the most knowledgeable people. There is a 3rd person in the store that that I have worked with maybe a month or 2 ago. I can't remember his name. He has dreads, if that is not politically incorrect to say in this day & age, but he is so enthusiastic, It's just fun to watch him Interact with customers. Most of the people working in this store Are sincere in wanting to help

Carmela was AMAZING! Although there was other customers in front of me, I never felt forgotten. She helped me very quickly, and answered all of my questions. It was the easiest, quickest, and most painless experience I have ever had getting a new phone. Alex was also so great. Although he didn’t assist me, he greeted me and was also very helpful. 10/10 customer service. I will be going back once it’s time for another upgrade!

Alex was the customer service specialist that assisted me in what I needed snd how to operate my new products. He was very knowledgeable about the products abs my phone. He was also exceptionally patient with me and my new learning of my products. I would recommend him to anyone who enters the store. He was also very professional in his approach upon my entering the store. He was awesome all the way around. Great customer service representative all the way.

I had to make two recent visits to this location while changing my phone plan and upgrading devices. Donald helped both times and is such a great rep! I appreciated his professionalism and for making the experience fun. He was smiling and laughing the entire time. All of their staff members were friendly while I was there, and everyone walking in got greeted. I definitely recommend this location.

I would like to commend the customer service and professionalism at my AT&T neighborhood store#0701. The moment I walked I. I was greeted by Dillon who said, “Someone will be taking care of me in a moment.” It wasn’t long before I was greeted by Jerome, who assisted me with the sale of my purchase. As a matter of fact, I was very happy to come across Moe who was the representative who assisted me on my last visit.

My wife just got a mini 13 there and we were helped by new manager Nick. He is extremely knowledgeable and listened to what she wanted and Nick got the perfect phone for her. The place is clean, everyone is friendly, and you are able try things out before you buy. Will definitely be back.

We were greeted and signed in as soon as we arrived and asked what our concerns were. Donald was amazing. He was happy, energetic and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and we got the red carpet treatment. Donald walked us out personally!

Very quick and knowledgeable service. John helped me in choosing a new phone, transferred my info from my old phone, AND taught me how to use the new phone. During the process he recommended a change in my service plan to save me money! He was great and I am very happy. Best experience I’ve ever had in any phone store! He was also very knowledgeable when it came to buying a case for my new phone and put the screen protector on my new iPhone X. Thank you John!!

The woman who helped me was great. She fixed my problem immediately, unlike the gentleman at the Gardens Mall location who refused to even try to help me. That was a terrible experience.

Great experience with Donald, Alex and Jim: all three of these guys helped solve my issue while working as a team with my best interests in mind. In today’s times it’s nice to have a memorable experience where you feel welcome and not trying to be sold. I was so satisfied I signed up for internet here. Happy to keep coming back to this AT&T.

This is a person with very good energy who sincerely wants to work to help you in anyway possible. Even if that means that AT&T bills you less money. He is clearly there for the customers walking in the door and manages to provide superb service to me and the rest of my family.

I appreciate Jerome so much being able to assist me with my issues compared to any other at&t representative. He ACTUALLY knew what he was talking about. He was kind and attentative and very much so willing to help with my problem. Hopefully what he did worked. But I truly appreciate how informative he was ! Definitely made my day. I would highly recommend anyone to speak with him if they have any issues with their device or network.

I had an agent by the name of Moe assisting me yesterday in upgrading my cell phone. Moe was very pleasant along with an upscale of professionalism. This by far has been one of the best experiences I've had in customer service for a while. This type of customer service is much needed during this time of the pandemic where the world needs more of Moe. He is definitely an asset to the AT&T family.

Larry is great, he helped me with my two new phones, he has an excellent vibe and speaks two languages which is a plus, since I speak English and Spanish.

Amber is awesome! Super sweet and efficient! She’s very knowledgeable and was fast with getting me a new phone!
