Best T-Mobile customer service at this location. First time at this location & this will be the only location I go to from now on. They had a wait but Dom was very patient and he took the time to find me different options at resolving a difficult situation. What I thought would be a multi hour process was made so much easier by this team!

We visit the store this past Wednesday. Dominique helped us with several complicated tasks that day, and her expertise made the process smooth and easy.

Within an hour, we were able to:
1.Unlocking an iPhone from another carrier.
2.Moving a line to T-Mobile.
3.Setting up a new line.
4.Adjusting our family plan to better fit our needs.

Thanks to Dominique's quick and skilled service, All these tasks were completed within an hour. She knew exactly what she was doing and explained everything to us clearly. Her warm, patient approach made us feel at ease, and it was clear she cared about helping us.
And we were truly impressed by her memory and attention to detail. She didn’t miss a beat and made sure everything was done right. This was by far our best experience at T-Mobile.

Im in the west olathe area. I went to the tmobile on 119 and had a bad experience, they weren't helpful at all didn't really look at my phone, they were like youre out of warranty so i have to go to somw random store to fix my phone. I've been with tmobile for 10 years so I was not happy about that. I left and went to the tmobile the next day at 135th.
I come to this location and Clarice took care of me, I went to tmobile over the weekend 4 times trying to fix my issue. She got me a new phone at the best cost I can get I have my own business and I could not be out of a phone any longer. She was patient, polite, and took care of me and she is awesome!!

Their military plan is amazing. 4 lines unlimited everything for $100. INCLUDES fees and taxes. We'll never use any other provider.

Dominique was awesome. Just awesome. I upgraded four phones and added a new line. She wrote everything out on paper to show me trade-in values, promotions, and eventually the bottom line. I hope anyone reading this is fortunate enough to have Dominique help them at this store. Thank you!!!!!!

Went in here today to get a new phone. Dom the female was amazing to work with. She answered every question we had asked. She was very quick to take care of our needs. Communicated every step she took into transferring from my old phone to activating my new one. And on top of everything else she was great company while we waited for the phone to load! Crystal, the sales associate who helped me, was SO AMAZING. I had been into another store that day and was having issues with my account. Crystal was able to walk me through what was going on and helped me file a ticket to fix my issue. She then gave me her personal number so we could keep in touch! I’m a customer service professional myself so I really appreciated the service level that was given to me!

I was having issues with my device and took it into the store for assistance. Everybody was kind, courteous and extremely patient with me. Not only was my issue resolved, user error, but they made sure that any other concerns I had were addressed and they also offered to assist with anything else I wanted to learn to use in my new device!

We arrived at the store before it's scheduled opening time to find a line of people already waiting. I was a little surprised by that, but two of the people mentioned that "this is the best T-Mobile store in town." After watching how well they handled the crowd, I couldn't agree more!!

We could see the crew inside hustling to get things ready for what would obviously be a long day and were thrilled when they unlocked the doors about 15 minutes before the scheduled opening.

Even though there were only three people on duty (including the store manager) and a steady flow of people and phone calls, I was amazed by the efficiency and kindness provided to every customer.

The store manager, James Patzke helped us while juggling phone calls and signing in people - absolutely amazing guy. He never missed a beat and even though he was obviously slammed, he worked with a smile and was polite as he could be to everyone. Thank you VERY much for helping us and a great experience!!

I ended up at this location after needing to switch service as my former carrier wasn’t providing adequate service once I relocated. Going in, I only wanted to bring my own devices, but after a brief thought I decided to trade in my phone to trade up to the iPhone 12. (I think in part this came because the rep I had didn’t push new phones or watches on me, which was refreshing.)

Manny was patient as we did the swap and set up my new phone and watch with the protective screens and cases, etc. He explained the new services, T-Mobile Tuesdays, and what information he had regarding my questions.

There were some complications on the back end regarding my watch that was eventually worked out. After spending three hours on the phone with the T-Mobile experts who were still unable to fix my watch I went back into the store the following morning.

I met with Jared and James that morning and they were able to resolve the watch drama. Jared and James listened as I explained the three hour saga with T-Mobile’s customer care line regarding the watch and how I was more interested in a clean-break from T-Mobile as this was my first experience with the carrier. Even though this was in no way on the store, Jared and James apologized and stated multiple plans-of-action we would take to ensure I left that day with a working watch. James did something I hadn’t experienced before with my previous long-term carrier, he offered a substantial credit to my account after everything was in working order.

Needless to say, as a new T-Mobile Customer I really lucked out that I ended up with the team that I did when everything went down the way it did. I’m glad to have gone Magenta and intend to support this store specifically moving forward.

If could leave 10 stars I would! The store T-Mobile, mobile expert, Christian, went "above & beyond" in helping me with my phone issues! It all started with the associate who helped me before I headed into the store. Maurice answered my initial questions about sim cards and transfer capabilities to other phones. My phone issue was extra tricky - having inherited a Samsung S8 Sprint phone that I wanted to use with my T-mobile sim card. He answered them expertly enough that I felt confident to make the 22 mile (there & back) drive to set up this new old phone. Once I checked in, it wasn't too bad a wait as I counted 5 employees at various stations. I feel very lucky to have gotten Christain as he thoughly explained the S8 features while simultaneously updating the S8 and even answering other questions thrown his way from other associates. Quite the multi-tasker and didn't skip a beat with what he was doing on the S8! It took awhile too, as it ultimately came down to getting Spint to unlock the phone! Without Christian's expertise on laws governing cell phone unlocking, I would never have made headway on my own! Long story longer - I left the store a happy customer and have been using my new old phone with my T-Mobile sim card - Yay! I can't thank you enough Christain for all the time you spent! GREAT customer service!

Most people are upset when their phone does not work and they have to actually go into a store.
From the moment i walked into store #8884 T Mobile 7336 W. 135th, OP, KS 66213; Manager Jennifer Amaya is greeting everyone and gets their info & circles back to troubleshoot. (Like directing an Emergency Triage) Jennifer sets the tone as every employee was nice and helpful while juggling a couple of customers at once.

Very professional and much appreciated!

This T-Mobile store is a good, reliable, personable provider of cell phones, cases and service, and has been for years. We have purchased several phones over the years and have always been happy with the devices and service.

There are some remote locations we go to which lack reception with T-Mobile, but that isn't the responsibility of this location.

We make a point to come to this location rather than the one a half mile west near Home Depot because that location has always been slow, given us partial attention and frequently set us up wrong.

My family and I were looking for new service and we were greeted by Christian at the T-MOBILE store on off of 69 HWY and 135th Street. Christian listened to our needs and asked questions to help fill in the gaps. We ended up with new service and new phones. Mainly due to Christian’s excellent customer service and ability to guide us along the way. We greatly appreciate his time and for staying over an hour past the store closing to ensure our questions were answered and service was working.

I went in to add a phone and a new line to our plan. The sales associates were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was beyond impressed. This will be my store of choice from now on when I need to go in to make upgrades or changes to my plan.
