Second favorite store if you can't find it at the Depot there's something wrong with you. You might have to rig something up but you'll get her done. No seriously great buys I'm a painter so I save on their Pro extra account and they have a great team.

Checked out with John H??? and he was amazing. Hard and fast worker actually helped me load land scape timbers. Great job John and Home depot.

Came in with a 1.5 year old Ryobi 2300 PSI pressure washer that I had been having issues with. Dept Manager, Brian made an even swap, no questions asked. Appreciate them standing behind their product and one of the many reasons we shop there.

Great assistance from item pickup for concrete garden bench from Dave in customer service. He helped us check over the item and helped with the loading of this, heavy, item - all with a very helpful, and pleasing, attitude. Thanks Dave!

I shop here when I'm working in the area. Always have what I need and I can't complain.

this particular Depot had the electrical section near the entrance to the store. Made it great to get in and out quickly

Found this flooring and using it on a rehab home. Very nice looking floor and the price is downright excellent. I've used this flooring on other projects, but purchased it at another home improvements store with a much higher price. I'm very glad I've located this product at a better price.

Store #2209 went above and beyond. In particular, Roger, Sue, and Brad. I misplaced my wallet in the store, and Sue found it in a cart. She then gave Roger/Brad my wallet to put in the safe. Once I determined where I lost the wallet, I came back to store #2209. I spoke with Brad, a manager who took me to the back of the store to get it out of the safe. While waiting, all staff were kind, courteous, and chatted with me. Some staff were even off the clock!!

I would like to thank Jeff for his outstanding customer service. I was puzzled trying to assemble a side lamp and he took time and assembled all for me. Thanks a lot!!!!

Great service and friendly staff. Everything we needed was in stock. We even ordered some items ahead of time and they were ready within an hour. The store was clean and easy to walk through the isles. We didn’t get bothered by pushy sales people like some other stores.

Visiting from FL I went to get keys made . Beth a customer assistant was amazing!!
She led me to key making machine waited with me til I was finished. We laughed at ourselves and chatted. Bless you Home Depot for hiring Wonderful Employees!!

Made a couple of purchases and then tried to pick up an order. The order was wrong, but that wasn't the fault of the Home Depot. The staff helped me correct it and took care of me on the spot.

Great customer service from Gina and the rest of the associates. Looking for a ladder that was out of stock on the shelf but the searched for it all over and found it. While I was waiting every employee that saw me waiting asked if I was being taken care of or needed help. Great in store experience!

I've always had great customer service here, but today it was EXCEPTIONAL! Dave, who brought out my curbside order to me, not only offered to place it in the trunk but asked if he could give my elderly dog a treat who was hanging his head out the window. He was so kind, polite and happy! Dave even gave ME a treat after wishing me a happy new year (candy, not a dog biscuit) :) For this and so many other reasons, I wouldn't want to shop any where else!

The good news was that both of the items I went for were actually in stock as their website informed me they would be. The bad news is that one item was on an upper shelf and required store assistance to get it down. It took 10 to 15 minutes and several pages to have someone (who was very helpful) come and get the item off the top shelf. 👍

Update: Their new system for military discount allows one to do it themselves without having to get a clerk over to help. 🙂

This was a very helpful location.
Celestine was especially helpful. She ensured that was found what we needed and made sure the price matched what we couldn't find originally. Also, she she couldn't have been more friendly.
Stanley the cashier answered all of our questions.

Went in early to get paint mixed and was in and out quickly. Shelves are light on some things and prices have gone up, but that's a product of our current economy. Not Home Depot's fault. Everyone was friendly and that is what matters.

Moving to a home in Overland Park and needing repairs can be challenging. After shopping numerous stores for ceiling fans and bathroom vanity lights, Christina at Customer Service Desk was very knowledgeable. She helped me place a special order and schedule an installer. While I was finishing the transaction, an installer called. Wonderful service. As for lighting, I could not find a certain product. Alicia was walking by, she stopped, helped me look for the product, got a ladder and searched the stock, and found one in stock at a nearby Home Depot. The only negative for the store is the fact that your online stock availability does not match what is really in the store. Thank you. We will use this store again. In one week, we have spent close to $1,000 here because your staff are so helpful.
