Staples is, and will continue to be MY go to for ALL my printing needs Dianne and Megan were amazing today! They are kind and professional. (So grateful Dianne moved to this store when hers closed). The price is a fraction of what other places advertise. I am a very happy customer!!

I like to shop stationery and maps from Staples, I like the clearance section as well as the painting section- it has wide options of paints, canvas and books. For my toddler I pick learning books and school supplies from here. I took my laptop ok deal from here - works good. Returns are also easy.

I like coming to this Staples because the service is always good. They also have great deals. The store is always nice and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. Staples is a great place to get all your office supplies.

I was in KC on business and needed some copies of a flyer. I was having difficulties with setting up the self service printer and asked for help. I believe her name was Megan (I know it began with an M) was just so professional and gracious! She went out of her way to quickly assist me and made the two copies on her end. This is what true customer service is! There should be more Megan’s in the world!

I have been printing documents for years and always great service and quick, Megan and Bruce are the best!

Needed 2 sided business cards fast. I called and was told that if I got them submitted online in the next 20 minutes, I could pick them up that same day. They came through for me.

I had an old HP Color Laser Jet. It worked fine, but I got a new Xerox Color 6500 recently.

So I took it to Staples, to turn it in. Recently had a hip replacement and man, I'd had it for that day, lifting and moving stuff around in my computer room.

The young man who got it out of my car for me. Was very respectful

Order a banner online yesterday morning. It was ready yesterday evening. I picked it up today. This banner is absolutely beautiful. The staff exceeded my expectations. The colors are amazing. I'm sure my sales will go up as a result. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I had a death in my family back in December of 2018. I needed help with printing the 8 page tabloid (paper size) full-color obituary commemorating my family member's life. The staff not only helped me to complete this tedious task, but they went out of their way to make it convenient, frugal, and proficient. Despite the situation of this being a loss in my family, the gentlemen that helped me at this Staples helped manage to gain myself as a loyal customer and my high recommendation to others to patronize this location and business. I strongly encourage other to use this business for your printing needs (i.e. obituary, legal documents, copies, wedding invites, graduations, party invitations).

My fiancé and I decided that using staples would be the most cost efficient way to make our “save the dates” that would be sent out this week. We live relatively close to the store off 95th street. However, the store was understaffed and the new printing employee didn’t feel comfortable printing as it was her second day on the job. We appreciated the honesty and decided to come here, to the 135th store.

My fiancé went in on a Friday and brought them our hard drive. Our save the dates carry a double sided concept where the bottom half is perforated and sent back (to us) so we can have a rough estimate of who will go to which reception.

Low and behold, after printing 180+ copies, we came to find out the paper wasn’t bulky/strong enough to send in the mail. We were discouraged and concerned that we would need to make a second go round and expense.

This is where this Staples store earned our lifetime business. John, to be specific, went above and beyond to take care of our timeline and “mishap”. He was very thorough and kind to help us print the bulky version of card stock all within 1 day.

I cannot say enough great things about John and they way he handled this situation. He is a true representative of Staples and they should be ecstatic to have him on their team.

When I entered, I was greeted & asked if they could help me find something. I asked for accordian style folders. They brought me right to the product & explained the many variations. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience here! Michael helped us immensely find just the right office chair and found ways to save us money on top of it. He was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Definitely will return.

We went here for school supplies, everyone was very nice and helpful, we couldn't find the printer we wanted since they were out, the salesman offered to help order one, we found everything else though

Excellent store. Brad scanned my docs and emailed them. He is patient and helpful. The store is attractive and easily navigable. Great location, too.

This location is AMAZING! There were two ladies that helped me with printing and they were phenomenal. They even helped me with cutting the pages too after they had closed. No one is that helpful!! Highly recommend coming here!! Oh and they’re hiring haha.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They didn't have what I was looking in store but stated that I could order it online and have it shipped to my house. At no additional cost.

I love going to Staples when we are in Overland Park, KS. Staff is supper friendly and helpful. And the bonus is that they have arc organizer items.
