Associate was very friendly. I brought in a piece of hardware that I needed to get more of. He knew right wear to look and helped me find it very fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I needed!

The manager Mike that was working Aug 25th 2023 was AMAZING and kind. Not only was he happy to speak to me over the phone about the 12ft skeleton he also made sure to say hi and grab two associates to help me load it in the car! Huge shout out to those 2 associates as well (ones name was also Micheal)

One of the best Home Depot’s in KC. Staff is helpful and friendly (they don’t avoid you like other Home Depot’s in town!), returns are quick and easy, everyone working at returns is also very friendly and helpful!!

I was there to return an unopened outside light and noticed the return crew was very busy. They handled it perfectly

I was looking for a very specific fuse for an electrical training simulator and Home Depot showed to have three packages in stock with 5 fuses in each package at about a $1.50 each. When I found them there were only two in each package. The fella at the check out counter gave me the pack of two for $3 bucks and change instead of the $7 something. I was impressed and thought my experience was worth sharing... And the fuse did the trick as well lol!

Very helpful employees - we had a full appraisal and breakdown on options when talking to the Flooring counter about our vinyl plank installation options, including detials on pricing, measurements, and potentially scheduling their installers. The staff were honest about demand and pricing, and I felt like they answered my beginner questions patiently and throughly.

Great place to run and grab items needed for projects.

I've never gone into a home Depot and had a bad experience, can't say the same for Lowe's though. Everything is very well organized, and the material I find there appears to be fairly high quality. There is also very good service and the employees are very friendly. One time I was just standing in an aisle waiting for one of my friends to come back from a different area, and the employee came over to me just to make sure I wasn't lost or trying to find something. I think it's very considerate that I didn't have to go and grab their attention, they came to me.

Couldn’t believe that sales associate and cashier: Lauren knew exactly which aisle an obscure hose part (known as a “quick connect”) could be found! She was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! We came back the next day and lo and behold, she was there again, and once again, very helpful, friendly,and speedy on our checkout! Crystal was also very helpful at the same

Very helpful staff, they know where everything is you don't use the app. Everytime I walk in I am greeted. Lastly, they have veteran parking and that should be at every buisness.

So I transferred here from the south Olathe 154th. I open lumber and this store is quite massive with no OSHA recordable accident/injury in over a year. I recommend going pro extra and ordering pick up for building materials if your a contractor.

My wife went in to buy me a Dewalt battery operated chain saw and hedge trimmer for fathers day. She had been to 3 other stores looking for these items with no luck and not a lot of help. When she arrived at the Olahe store she was immediately greeted by Hector who went out of his way to help find the most amazing fathers day present in the world. Thank you so much Hector for helping my wife and making her trip home depot so so easy and amazing!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. It's a typical Home Depot (had to stop for some screws - they had them), but the five stars goes to the staff. After picking up said screws, I discovered a flat tire on our car. Heat index for the day was 105, and I quickly started experiencing the effects of heat stroke while trying to replace it. The staff rushed to help after I stumbled inside asking for water, helped finish taking the tire off, replacing it, gave me cold water and a place to sit by a fan until I was good to go again.

I had some issues with the home depot call number about trying to get a new shed, since the one that was delivered was damaged, which lead me to come to the store. I wanna give a HUGE shout out to Paul in customer service for helping me out. Not only did he listen to the long and absolutely complicated mess that was the 1800 number, but he fixed my issue so I was able to get a new shed instead of just getting a refund.
