DSW has the best VIP rewards program that I know. Anyone can sign up. You get free shipping and tons of $10 off rewards, birthday rewards and much more. It's my favorite shoe spot.

I love this store and the staff! Everyone is so nice and friendly, they always go above and beyond to help me find my shoes. I signed up for rewards program and can’t believe the cash back and coupons I have already received. If you say no to this you lose! Best rewards program out there plus you can donate shows and earn $10 a month for you and give shoes to people in need. I don’t know why anyone would say no to this! Stupid I guess. No distance issues or mask problems, place is clean, peaceful and employees were polite and informed about products, thank you for a quick and great shopping experience.

This store is the cleanest DSW location I've visited. The staff is extremely friendly and help in anyway they can. I wanted a specific shoe in a wide and they did not have it in store. They offered to order it for me and shipping is free. Overall, good customer service, and a very friendly atmosphere.

I love this store! There's a great selection of women's shoes. The kids section is a little small, but you can go online to find more, and even have your purchase shipped to the store. They also have a fantastic rewards program that gives you points for all your purchases. I don't buy a lot of shoes, but I've saved a lot with their rewards. I like that I can go into this store and help myself without sales people bugging me, but they're helpful if you need them.

They were very kind. I haven't bought shoes in ages and they answered my questions well enough. I didn't see if they had any feet measuring devices, but I've not been to DSW before to know if they did previously. I only mention that because visiting another shoe store, they had thrown theirs out? I was very confused, however apparently that's happening. The aisles are clearly marked and it all looked very clean. I felt safe and all the employees wore masks.

Excellent! Front doors were already open, so no touching the handles, sanitizer as soon as you walk in, every row had arrows on which way to go, signs everywhere on keeping 6 ft distance with overhead recorded reminders, cashier was super nice & sanitizing checkout area after each customer! & I found both shoes I was looking for at great prices!!!

Awesome experience today. Ms. H., the shoe clerk was very accommodating. The other floor clerks were beneficial too. Readily available to get me prices on items. Store was clean and tidy as well. Had a great variety of brands. I will return for more savings. 🙂

Friendly customer service, nice variety of shoes. Easy to navigate the store. *edit: Friendly warning to those shopping here online - I happened to look up their online store reviews and they are awful. I'll never try to shop online at DSW because the amount of negative reviews is overwhelming. My one experience in-store however was fantastic.

Excellent collection of men, women and kid footwear. There is small collection of women handbags and purses. We didn't know about this store until recently. Used to buy footwear at different showrooms. Got to know this showroom when we were searching for specific shoes i.e. kid's formal shoes of specific age. Didn't find in multiple stores and luckily, thanks to Google search, we found DSW and found the one that we were looking for. If you want any specific variety and don't want to spend too much time and energy searching in different stores in a mall, DSW is the best place to go.

Huge selection, reasonable prices, friendly staff. And, signing up for their rewards program earns you about 1 mailer per month with a $10-$20 (typically requires a purchase of $50 or more) coupon! My go-to shoe store for running shoes and non-slip work shoes.

Most of the items that are in stock they are not expensive price of forever and even if so maybe they are not as other stores

Always loved DSW..perfect place for a woman to have some me time...so many selections so many cute shoes and boots for you and your children. One can't afford to miss visiting DSW you will love the friendly and helpful customer service and if your size is not available they can order it and deliver it to you free of charge...so prepare to get excited. 😃

I always enjoy coming here to get shoes. I bought most of my future wife's shoes from here and she really enjoyed all of them they have a huge selection of any kind of shoes for literally everyone. The only thing is that the prices aren't necessarily the cheapest. They are a little on the expensive side.
