The UPS Store

2.3 stars seems a bit bizarre. Much of the experience is luck. It is hard to predict when people will show up and how the complexity of their situation. Returning hardware for Spectrum might be a nightmare because the customer doesn't have the right info. Dropping off a package, no problem.

My experience was people were doing the job well. My off-the-cuff for the past 4 years is that we do not treat each other very well. Whoever is working the store is doing a job. You are paying them for their help to get the job done that you want. It isn't a one way relationship. Yes, it can "suck"; and it can be good to ask if the expectations were reasonable (seriously) given societies current goal of pay the least possible for everything.

4 stars seems correct; but 5 stars because 2.3 is absurd.

Contrary to the rest of reviews, I always have great service. Most recently I went in this week at 8:10 and they were open and helped ship my package. Guy was great and friendly.

I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about wanting a drop off receipt, I have NEVER returned an Amazon item and had them claim I did not, like ever. Not at Kohls or Whole Foods or an Amazon drop box. Some places print them automatically, some don’t, I personally throw them away when they do, it shows received on Amazon app the second they scan it. No need for that paper in my life.
On the flip side of these comments, I actually appreciate being able to walk in and out in less than 30 seconds. Not standing there waiting on cranky customers demanding receipts to be printed is probably why I can do that though 😊

Just did a bunch of Amazon returns, I was very unorganized but the team was great and it went quick.

I have been here twice recently. One time super busy and another time kinda slow. Each time I received fast service.

I’ve gone to this UPS a few times in the past and never had a problem. I went to mail a dress today. The box I was mailing the dress in was very large and the dress didn’t fill up the entire package. The man working offered to break down the box to a smaller size and helped me save almost $50 on shipping, even though they were slammed. He was very helpful.

Tried to ship some artwork with FedEx and they said it'd be $550. Got it done for $150 here and the associates put in a ton of effort to pack it efficiently and safely to keep the price down while keeping everything safe. Walked out with a big grin on my face.

I drive an hour to come to this store to get help with shipping and returning items. I have not had a bad experience here and am always helped quickly and expertly. When it is busy, which is almost always the case when I go, the workers are good about greeting people still and letting them know that they are seen. The guy with the beard, Justin(?), is always very helpful when explaining policies of the store, I believe he is the manager, and the two girls that have helped me on multiple occassions are both quick, mannerly, and trained well! I will continue doing business here and would reccommend others to as well.

I really appreciate how much Dustin went above and beyond for me in helping with the printing of my wedding invitations. After going to a few other local stores and having very little assistance from them-Dustin truly saved the day and decreased my stress level with how willing he was to jump in and solve the problem when I walked in nearly in tears. He was so incredibly accommodating and showed such a high level of customer service that I will tell everyone I know to go to this location for any services and this is the only place I will go for printing needs in the future. UPS is truly lucky to have an employee like Dustin. Thank you!!

Very fast easy service and no up selling

What a great UPS location! I had to get a package to Bridgeport, West Virginia overnight and the people behind the desk offered me three solid options.

But that is only part of it, I had child with me and he was resistant to coming in the store. They were kind to him and invited him to come in too.

This place will definitely get my business again!

This UPS store is great! Dustin was so helpful and went above and beyond to help my fiancé with some printed wedding items. He showed top notch customer service and patience (even when she found a typo). We will use this store anytime we have printing needs in the future. Thanks guys!!

They are so nice , and everyone have good patience . Regarding notarization we had some questions and they have clarified clearly .
They said they don't stamp on your copy of document but for each of document they will provide you a seperate notarized copy.
Though I don't want that way, so went to some other place and got the job done .

I had to ship a very expensive collectable and the person that helped me took great care in packaging it and getting it ready to ship. My buyer received within the shipping timeframe and was pleased how well it had been packaged. I had a good experience and will use their service again

The store has just actually moved and the staff behind the counter was very friendly!!! They are still in the shopping center with Kroger but they are now down by Target and Lowe's- right in front actually by the AT&T store! The store is much better than their old location!

Always helpful and informative. I've done a ton of shipping for personal and business and its been great. Tracking packages are easy and everything has arrived safely and on time.

I had great experience with this UPS location they were very helpful when I called and are very friendly when I visit the store

They are actually great. We ship hundreds of packages monthly at this location and have never had issues. Always friendly and helpful.

Raven was wonderful by helping me send out a few items I had sold on eBay. Will definitely continue to do business here!

As of 4/11/2015 the UPS store is in Kroger parking lot but down closer to Target and Lowes - by the AT&T store. They are so nice in this store, and very friendly and efficient!!!
