AT&T Store

John G took great care of my family and I! We had multiple transfers with phones and multiple upgrades and John helped us make the process so smooth. Great customer service!! I would definitely recommend coming to this store.

I have had nothing but amazing service at this location. They are friendly and ready to help in any way as soon as you walk through the door. Huge thank you to Kenny and Myesha for your help and patience. Good customer service is rare these days and I appreciate you all going above and beyond. I will always use this location for any needs.

Kenny Williams saved my behind. My daughters phone has not worked for a while on cellular. I pay for unlimited data and her monthly usage was 0.0 GB. Called att support they said I need a new sim. Went to store in mall and after an hour they basically converted to digital sim but didn’t fix problem and told me to go to Apple. Apple said att problem not a phone problem. Tried a different att store and met Kenny G. Within 15 minutes my problem was fixed and he helped with another account. Could not be happier with service!!! Thank you Kenny!!!

Not rating AT&T as a service. But Kenny was extremely helpful and professional even though the purpose of my visit was to try and switch to another carrier. Had I received the same level of customer service throughout my time with AT&T I might have stayed!

Myisha, the manager is very personable, high energy knowledgeable, and her staff was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Promise helped us; we would highly recommend her

The associates and manager at this store were able to resolve my situation quickly and graciously. I greatly appreciate their help. In a few short minutes they were able to completely resolve a problem I had struggled all morning with. Hats Off. This is a great team!

Been a long time AT&T Wireless customer. Before and since moving to the Polaris area, this store located has been my go-to place to have all my Wireless needs taken care of, especially when upgrading to a new phone, which I did at the time of this review.

Representative I worked with from start to finish, as always, was friendly, professional, and did all he could to ensure I got every facet of my needs met so I walked out a continued happy customer.

They followed COVID-19 rules, with staff and customers wearing required masks and plexiglass dividers at the sales tables while working on the sale.
