Great OfficeMax location. I was greeted by three different people during my trip to OfficeMax. I use the print shop which Marc, the manager informed me about their member rewards program. Definitely a must have for anybody who owns a business or has a lot of printing or purchasing needs. I was able to buy a large dry, erase magnetic Bored for 1999 that retails at $73 so I bought two! I still love brick and mortar stores where you get to work with humans who care our friendly and extremely helpful A+ five stars to all the employees working tonight. You are very appreciated!!

OfficeMax shopping experience was satisfactory for me. The store was clean and well stocked. The item I was looking for was in stock. This item is frequently unavailable at other stores. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good prices, good service (staffing permitting), and a fairly solid website experience. My default place for office supplies for 20 years.

Greeted at the door and told exactly where to find what we were looking for. Then when ready, they opened an additional lane so we did not have to wait to checkout.

Awesome service from Ryan in the print dept after being treated rudely at another location in Columbus. She was so pleasant and did a job for me in a matter of minutes that I was expecting to take a day or so to complete. Thank you and will only use this location in my area.

I went in for calculator paper for a few school projects for my son and all they had was mass qty for an office. The store manager asked if I could use some help and I said what I was after and I didnt need all that paper so the manager made it right for me. So shop here they are really nice they could have just said sorry about your luck but that wasnt the case here

I don’t like having to go buy a new printer, but Marc was so helpful. Little things can make your day.

The Printing department employee went out of his way to show me how to use the printer to scan a bunch of articles I needed in pdf format. He could've just pointed me to the printers available, instead he walked me through the process. I've always received excellent service in this store - which is rare these days in other retail stores.

The office max print department was professional and speedy with my marketing materials for my business!

I went to the store. I purchased file folders. They worked, opening and closing with ease. I was able to insert documents and they didn't get all mixed up with other documents. None of the documents leaked into the wrong folders. It was an amazing experience, much like the time I purchased paperclips. Every paperclip in the large container worked. I was so happy!

The service was excellent, I ordered online and picked up at the Polaris Branch. The staff there were very professional and courteous . This is where i shop and this is where i will continue to shop.

Thank you so much Richard from the Polaris location. The cut off to make my banner was 2 o’clock for same day order. He made it for me that day and helped me navigate the website to order. Also a couple ahead of me thought their order would be done that day when ordering off online. It actually wasn’t do to be complete until the next day but Richard helped them get their order that day too. He made 2 really happy guests today. Thank you so much
