AT&T Store

I want to the store to get a new phone after losing the one I had. I was proved the best options for replacement quickly and in an efficient manner. All my questions were answered by a knowledgeable and friendly employee.

I had the best service experience here last Friday. Mike assisted me with helping an elderly individual (83) select her first ever cell phone. Not only did Mike make every effort possible to ensure her selection was tailored to her unique requirements, he even helped set up her auto pay. It is rare to find such a person like Mike in todays business climate. He answered EVERY question for her even though she asked the same one numerous times. He gave her his undivided attention and all the time necessary to ensure her level of confidence with her newly acquired devise. I highly recommend this store for your AT&T service products and devises!

The sales rep named Ashley was such an amazing help and did everything she could to figure out my phone issues when customer service representatives couldn’t do. She was so sweet and patient with me. She walked me through everything. I’ve never had a bad experience coming here.

Thorough, dedicated, and very pleasant experience with the store manager in obtaining a new iPhone yesterday. Every answer expertly addressed, and phone syncing was perfectly done. Was offered ways to save on the new phone/plan, too. Exceptional service all around.

I originally had Verizon. A friend told me at&t was running good promos right now so I went in to see what they had to offer. The staff was very helpful there. They took the time to tell me about every promo at&t was running and how it would benefit me and my family. They even contacted Verizon to cancel my plan with them, negotiated my cancellation fees and help setup my brand new at&t iPhone 7 plus. Great service and great staff.

Before, i was in 2 same at&t stores, i had a chat with support. i called to 611.. and nothing, nobody can't help me. but she did!

Mike is a rockstar manager and helped me get through the pain and suffering of the mishaps of another att store. Sat on the phone with me dealing with the customer service.

Mahmoud Farag is one of the best reps in the stores. Sold me a digital life, Direct TV. 10 Lines for my business. Great stuff. He should be promoted to general manager.

Best experience ever, the store is clean , sale reps are knowledgeable and the promotions they offered saved me $250 on my cable when I switched to Direct TV and the buy one get one saved me $800 on a phone .
