The UPS Store

I have always received good service here. They're courteous, competent, and polite. A few weeks ago, I showed them some 8x11 images and asked them to make quarter-sized greeting cards out of them. They did so within a few hours, and I was really pleased with their work. And my packages that I ship from there invariably arrive in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them.

We use this location primarily for Amazon returns and have never had any issues returning any item. We have also showed up with 15-20 returns at once and had no problems because we were prepared with labels and codes. Katie is great in my experience. As long as I have followed Amazon’s instructions, service has been quick and efficient.

The staff at UPS Lyons mall is Basking Ridge are the BEST!!! They are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. We are lucky to have this store in our town.

Katie and Alex are wonderful! I work as an attorney and constantly am at the ups store for closings. They make everything go seamless and are super quick. Very grateful for the store and team there!

Staff was extremely friendly, quick to respond, and educated. I will absolutely use them again because their notary is very polite and knowledgable.Also, they have passports size photo and shielding they have great service for everything.

The new owners are amazing. They help with any need. I walked in this morning and they provided friendly service regarding shipping and printing labels. They have exceptional knowledge that leads to precise service.

I use this UPS store frequently and the staff is quick and professional. Most people complaining here are unorganized and expect hand holding and free supplies. It's a business not a day care.

I use this location frequently as I order quite a bit online and my family is out of state/country. The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the most economical way to send packages. The owner helps to explore options to keep costs down (smaller box, beginning of wk drop off etc). She even tapes up packages and prepares for delivery (I expect to do this myself as I do everywhere else I have shipped from).
I appreciate her thoughtful customer service and will continue to use this location for all of my shipping needs. Thank you!

Courteous staff, fair pricing and package arrived early.

Both ladies were so nice and patient helping me mail out my chocolate covered pretzels. I was fussy. Did I say they were patient?
We come here all the time and everytime everyone has been nice.
