Stayed here for New Year's Eve after going to a comedy show down the block and I really enjoyed this hotel it was very clean and the beds work very comfortable.
Me and my two friends enjoyed and shared a double room and it was comfortable the beds were a little small but it worked just for the night.
The also have a lounge area which we watch the ball drop and the two people who worked behind the bar on New Year's Eve were fantastic

Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a couch, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, plenty of dresser space and closet space. The room itself had no odor, but some areas of the hotel have a slightly off-putting odor. I just can’t put my finger on what it smells like. Not overwhelming, would not cause me to not book again. The bathroom is nice with a walk in shower and a bright, big lit up mirror. The only other cons are that the artwork hanging throughout the hotel is awful and it’s a bit dated.

My wife and I enjoyed every single second we spent at this hotel. From the amazing customer service from Erika(hopefully I spelled her name right) she was truly helpful and assisted us with our every need down to helping us find places within Jersey to explore and go to. I would 100000000000% come back here and would recommend this hotel for any and everyone.

I stayed here for a business trip and my room was clean and spacious however the a/c was not working properly. I called the front desk they responded right away and sent over one of there co-works by the name of Cesar Rodriguez he fixed it right away and was super friendly! He made sure everything worked well in the room before leaving and because of service like the one Cesar provided I give this hotel a 5 star rating!

During my recent stay at the Hilton hotel, I had a fantastic experience that I simply must share. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff.

In particular, I would like to highlight Angel, who went above and beyond to fix an issue with our shower. Not only did he address the problem promptly, but he also displayed remarkable skill and expertise in his work. Angel's dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly commendable, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Angel's professionalism and the level of service he provided. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly extraordinary. Went for a weekend with my girlfriend, just for some quiet alone time. The front desk receptionist was exceptional checking us into the hotel, made sure any extra amenities I needed were ready in the room before our arrival. Ariana helped my girlfriend find delicious restaurants in the area and even helped taking our picture before our outing 😂 our stay was so pleasant and will definitely book again for our next escape

There are many hotels to stay at in this area but we choose this one over and over again for our business retreat and conference. The rooms are quiet and comfy. I called down to the front desk for extra pillows and blankets and was accommodated quickly.
Best part about this place is how honest and helping everyone is. I found a cell phone in the couch in the waiting area and handed it to an employee passing by. Angel promised he would make sure the owner received it. He was very helpful and I feel safe knowing people like him are here to help. Honest, helpful, kind, accommodating, extras to give, and overall you can't beat the price.

Very pleased! Food was awesome, bed were comfortable. Kudos to engineer Angel who fixed tv problem for me within minutes of calling front desk at 7:00pm. Pool & gym were great for me and the kids. Lots of dining within 5 minutes drive.

Great budget hotel
I was passing through town and needed a place to stay through a third-party. I was able to book a room at this hotel for a reasonable price. The price was so reasonable I didn’t expect much as I walked into the hotel to check in I was blown away by how nice and spacious the hotel was easily a five-star hotel. Staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean. Once I got to my room, I was blown away even more, the room was spacious it was a nice king-size bed with a couch. The room was extremely clean and there were more than enough towels and washcloths, which we all know could be a issue at hotels. I want to think the staff area for being so accommodating and being able to work with my schedule, this will not be the last time I stay here along with me, passing information on to my friends and family , thank you again Ariel see you soon

On a last minute business trip I had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk team (especially Erika and Ariana) rock! They were very pleasant and professional. Made my last minute business trip there enjoyable. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again.

From check in to check out excellent service was provided .The rooms are tidy, clean and the beds were comfy. Ariana and Erika are a true credit to the Hilton experience, these ladies went out the way to accommodate me beyond expectations. Overall I am glad this hotel was recommended!

The review is specifically concerning the Starbucks Kiosk in the lobby of the hotel. I had an extended stay at the hotel and the service given by Sandra Marx was outstanding. After the first day , she knew my order and continually asked if I wanted something specific from the hotel restaurant. Being both dog people we often had daily chats about our pets . Her customer service and concern was above and beyond. Everyday for 3 weeks I looked forward to having my daily morning coffee with Sandra Marx. Thank you Sandra .

The hotel may may need better opening hours for the food outlets, but overall the breakfast area is nice and the breakfast is diversified, the staff are very friendly, especially Mohamed, Erica, Marianne, Ali and Felix.
The friendliness and hard work of this team does makes the whole experience and enjoyable one.

Very good hotel. After 18 nights it served its purpose clean rooms and bed but dated and worn carpets…. Restaurant on site but not connected and over priced. Good bar in the evenings and a handy Starbucks that’s only open in the mornings. They do have a restaurant for breakfast. I never tried it but my colleague recommended it.

Ali is a great at greeting everyone he’s very pleasant and kind. The breakfast is fantastic. I had an omelette by Shanelle it was fantastic. I totally recommend this place and everybody is so nice and the hotel is so spectacular. I will be back.

Had a constantly running toilet and they sent up an engineer named Peter, he fixed the problem and we didn’t have to move rooms. We had a bunch of stuff so this was a huge life safer. Super professional service all around the hotel

One of my favorite hotels in the area by far! I always have an exceptional stay every time. Everyone always goes above and beyond, especially Erika. She is always pleasant and helpful and always goes that extra step for us !

I recently stayed at Hilton not too long ago & had a wonderful experience. The young lady, Ashley at the front desk was very wonderful & professional & helped me out with all the questions I had. She provided me with lots of guidance throughout my stay & would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were also very comfortable & clean.

Anica was extremely helpful and pleasant. She is a valuable asset to Hilton and personifies the exceptional service I have come to expect at Hilton properties. Although we arrived after midnight, She went above and beyond to take care of us and we appreciated it so much ! She deserves a raise !
