Walgreens Pharmacy

I visited the store last week and with everything that was going on a young lady named isa helped me so much and made me feel comfortable. She was very helpful with everything I asked, that’s definitely the type of employee everyone needs. She was also very easy to locate when I had questions! Stay safe !

Stocked ok, would like to see more variety. Customer service very good. I would recommend this store.

This Walgreens instantly solved a cluster of confusion created by another Walgreens in my area.

I wonder whats the problem is with the old lady who works at Walgreens located at 544 Allen Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
I went there today and she doesn't say hello, she has no manners in dealing with the customer. Extremely rude. It makes me not want to go back there. It's not the first time I've had the misfortune to be attended by her. I don't know how such a large store can allow employees who don't care about customers.

What a DUMP!
Went to this store just now (Sunday Aug 8) to avoid CVS on Bedminster which is disgusting, and the item I was looking for on the shelve was empty ( like much of the shelves).

I then went to look for help (everyone seems to hide) and lightly tapped on the half open storage door area in the back and the manager says “come in”. So I stick my head in (masked) and tell her I need some assistance. She then yells at me “you’re not suppposed to be in here” and I reply, “ you told me to come in!”

I asked her for help and she tells me to ask someone else!

I then ask the tall female cashier for help and she follows me to the isle with 5 small bins full of Product and I suggest if she would simply open them up we could quickly look. She then said “that will take too long… just go to CVS”. After repeated attempts asking again, the same response. Basically don’t bother me.

Why are these people employed and furthermore where is the so-called management.

Suggest to AVOID Walgreens and direct your entire business to AMAZON as they have excellent customer service and save time/gas!

Rude services and bad attitude seem to be the common theme here for a long time. I am surprised that the management still have not done anything to address this problem. After back to back bad experience and getting treated with no respects, I would not shop here unless it is emergency. I would rather drive another 10 minutes to the one in Bernardsville instead of shopping here again.

I am 60 years old and legally able to purchase tobacco. Sometimes I am asked for ID Sometimes I am not. But on more than 4 occasions now, my personal information has been shared at the counter verbally, out loud, without privacy by your employees. If your corporation doesn't believe that I should be permitted to purchase tobacco products, then stop selling them. But you have no right to share my personal information out loud at the purchase counter. It is even worse at your pharmacy. Personnel is slow to even recognize customers and names and dates of birth are asked for out loud within 2 feet of other waiting customers.

Alla the pharmacist took 4 hours to fill a single script. Physician had to send it in twice and finally call it in because she can't find the electronic script. After it got called in, she wanted one hour before it's ready.

Don’t hire employees that are clearly not happy to work there.

Manager named "Jim" was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, its like customer service doesn't exist here
