When lunch is voted on by the kiddos, Chick-Fil-A is always the top vote getter. Always a great experience with Chick-Fil-A, and we love it. We love the nuggets, waffle fries and the lemonade was amazing. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. We were in/out in no time, and everyone was happy with their meals (as always).

I'm amazed by the staff of this establishment. Everyone was so efficient, attentive, but most notable, friendly.

Another thing that I love about Chick-fil-A and especially this location in Morris Plains is the speed and accuracy of the service. Despite the restaurant's popularity, the staff works hard to ensure that orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. This is especially impressive given the fact that this location can get quite busy during peak hours. We went around 5:45 PM EST and there was no line at the drive-thru (we were lucky). Sal S, Andrew S, Camilo, and the crew at the window were amazing! Kudos to them all for their dedication and hard work in making customers like myself and others happy!!

Sometimes when I don't feel like going through the drive-thru I would go into the restaurant to order. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained. Whether you're dining in or taking your food to go, you'll feel comfortable and welcome. The staff is always happy to help with any questions or requests you may have, and they go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is a positive one.

One thing that sets Chick-fil-A in Morris Plains apart from other fast food restaurants is its commitment to giving back to the community. The company regularly sponsors events and donates to local charities, making it a beloved and respected member of the Morris Plains community. Chick-fil-A (this location) was at the St. Patrick's day parade in Morristown where they were giving out awards, so I was lucky enough to get my hands on one. This award gave me the option to redeem a free meal at this location.

I’d choose chick fil a over Popeyes every time if they were open on Sundays. Here they are so polite and friendly. Service is excellent and the food quality is consistent. Facility is clean too and always well maintained.

As in every Chick-fil-A, there are always long lines in the drive through. Get the mobile app and order ahead! The problem is that when everyone uses the app then the lines will be in the mobile lane 😁. Enjoy it while you can!

There was an error in the app saying for me to “pick up my order” in the Resturant, then when I clicked in here it kept saying it “canceled” my order and I need to go into the drive through to pick up my order, but then once I clicked “okay” it said to proceed into the Resturant - confusing to say the least! The member who helped figure out what was going on was EMILY black/brown curly thick hair- she was absolutely so kind and brought my order right out. She displayed amazing customer service as well as apology (which in my opinion, she didn’t have to do since it was her fault technology is horrid! lol) she was extremely helpful and ultimately made me love coming to this location! THANK YOU EMILY 😃

I'm amazed by the staff of this establishment. Everyone was so efficient, attentive, but most notable, friendly. They were over the top amazing, and it was all super genuine. As Canadian, this was my first time at chick fil a and if the staff are like this at all of them, I will definitely be going back each time! I hope the staff read this and know how great they were!

This restaurant was clean. well staffed, and there was no wait to order. The food was brought out quickly right to our table, and it was made correctly. The shopping center where this is located was busy and we had to park farther away than expected. Kid's play place is no longer open due to covid. Bathrooms are clean and refills are free.

I love this place!!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have food allergies and they are very respectful and careful when preparing my order. I can always count on chick-fil-a :)

Finally tried it late when it wasn’t crowded. Nuggets are a must but the grilled chicken sandwich with siracha sauce was nice and light but tasty. Try the Sunjoy beverage. Not to be missed either…

Always impressed with their quick drive thru service. Friendly staff and very polite. Other fast food chains could learn from their business model.

The Chic Fila team here provides great service! The staff is very friendly and helpful - shout out to Gilceli and Jada for finding my purse that I left and making sure it was returned to me 🫶🏼

Food was fresh. Line was long but very efficient at moving things along so wait wasn't bad at all.

As always, a wonderful crispy yet tender chicken sandwich served hot and fresh. Sides available include a fabulous kale salad with a delicious salad dressing, fries, macaroni and cheese, and chicken noodle soup. The chicken noodle soup is served hot and is chock full of vegetables and chicken in a wonderful thick broth. The chick FIL A app is great as you can easily order ahead. Your order will be available as you go through the drive thru. The drive thru is the most efficient of all fast foods.

The staff was welcoming and very friendly (I haven’t went to a Chick-fil-A were they weren’t ) the store was clean especially the facilities.

The Cobb salad is the best. Unfortunately they forgot to include the dressing and I didn't notice until I got home. Their ice cream is just sad.

The food is, of course, delicious. However, the impeccable and unexpected level of service is what really made this visit memorable.

This location was nice & clean. I order my food & received it quickly. My food was fresh & my fries was crispy 🙂
