Great customer service! I was hesitant to go to this Grocery Outlet based on the reviews….. but one Tuesday evening I was nearby the area so I decided to check it out. I’m so glad I did. The staff here is super nice. Upon entering the security guard welcomed me into the store. Everything was neatly organized and the store was clean and tidy. The cashier was also very nice. He was patient with my questions. Even the lady who was restocking was nice and friendly. I would definitely return to shop here again. Kudos to the staff.

I'd much prefer to shop here than the ghetto one on York & Marin!

I've had some bad experiences with Rude Employees at the other place on York & Marin. I even wrote to their corporate headquarters to file a complaint about that store. But I never received a response. I guess that the corporate headquarters is Only Interested In Selling Franchises AND DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HOW EACH FRANCHISE IS BEING RUN--Even If It's Being Run Into The Ground! Suffice it to say that I don't shop there anymore since it's not worth my time and money to patronize such a store!

This one on Admiral Callaghan Lane is better run. And it is located in a better part of the city. I shop here for great bargain deals and am never disappointed. It's like a Treasure Hunt for people on a Tight Budget! 👌

Love how they have vegan items keep it up and keep them coming!! Also the cashier is always so nice!!!

I love to shop at my local store. They have just what I need and sometimes special offers.

1-12-2024 the store was totally in great shape with new improvements on shelving units and well stocked products are offered.
Good deals... You just never know what you'll find, so you just gotta go and check it out.

They have great music while you shop and some of the nicest employees.

Customer service and prices were great! They had name brand cereals such as Cocoa puffs with marshmallows, peanut butter Captain crunch and many more for only 99 cents. My cashier's name was Von and she was very patient and kept a smile on her face even after the void i unintentionally gave her. She was amazing!

Great place for wines. Inexpensive enough to experience different types and tastes. Tonight we tried Indigo Eyes 2017 Pinot Nior and it was so pleasant on the taste buds. A smooth wine with a hint of vanilla. Under $7 and a wonderful wine.

No long waits in line, nice and courteous checkers, store was clean and well kept, and there was employees working on the floor

I can always find my favorite snacks been able to get most of my groceries and more for the dollar! Affordable and healthy finds. The best time that I've experienced to go is around 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m., less traffic and quick service.

Don't sleep on this place. Best grocery outlet I've been to. Arguably the best grocery store period. Constantly has a good stock of items and everyone that I've crossed paths that works there is kind and helpful when needed. No joke I literally just got back from a different grocery outlet down in socal and my first thought, I kid you not, was an "ah man this ain't that one up in Vallejo." Or something close to that nature. Has the basic things you need on sale and the occasional "I never would've gotten that but for this price I would love to try it " treats. It is the grocery outlet I compare every other food store to in my life.

Went to the grocery outlet everything was put in place nice and neat metal lady that was out of uniform what great friendly customer service claim to be the new owner her and her husband Go and show some support this is a black owned business and I hope they strive for excellence. I always enjoy shopping here. You never know what they might have at a discount price.

When I first get there and I walk down that first isle to the back I spend way too much time looking at all the new products on the left side.

I've bought sheet sets, welcome mats and flashlights to name a few. They have a gardening section I like as well.

Their produce is always fresh.

I have never had to wait to be checked out more than 3 to 5 minutes. I like the culture here. The cashiers are always friendly. Great place to shop!

All employees here are awesome. They do take alot of sh@t from ghetto customers and crazy people. But they are always professional. They have a shady hotel across the parking lot, but sometimes you can spot some of the whacky regulars. Best place to ship and than go the the liquor store next door.
