RILEY....was extremely helpful in aiding me with choosing a pair of sneakers. He had great energy and was just simply awesome !

I stopped in today because my favorite vans ripped. They no longer had them in stock, so I went over to journeys kidz with no luck and mediocre service. Back I went to journeys where Ricky not only showed me some sick new vans, he ordered the vans I was so desperately looking for, all with a warm smile and amazing attitude, 10/10 service.

I had a great experience today. My sales woman was friendly and good at her job. She helped me chose the right pair of sneakers. She also brought me coordinating socks (that I didn't even know I needed)! She also brought me an adorable rainbow pair that I really loved but wasn't in my budget. She gave me enough attention to feel important but not overwhelmed. She didn't pressure me to buy or change her friendly demeanor when I said I would be back with my husband. I would definitely shop here again.

One associate is so amazing. I didnt catch his name but his customer service was out of this world. I mean he helped unpack my shoes, I had my baby, he helped me get the shoe on, tie them and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and offered additional items to compliment my shoe. Perfect employee and made me feel welcomed.

Absolutely fantastic. i bought a pair of snake skin gloves for my new born daughter. staff was fantastic the girl/boy/entity that help me was called Alexx and she was amzing and funny to talk to.

fabulous!!! The staff was super friendly, I bought my shoes online and although at first I did not get what I wanted they helped me find them, I had never had such friendly staff.

I absolutely love this store, it has a great variety of styles and the staff is always friendly and having a good time. The managers are especially great always with a smile and willing to go the extra mile

Awesome customer service, if you cant find the shoes your looking for theres a chance that you can find them on there website.
Also crepe shoe cleaning and water resistant products are awesome! 100% reccomend
