As someone who has worked retail for about 10 years, I know that mistakes happen. After checking out with a different associate, I noticed that my discounts weren't rung out correctly. Nicole and Audree at the registers were so prompt, helpful, and friendly while correcting the issue.

Nicole was also so lovely and personable during the whole transaction.

I absolutely feel in love with this store the very first time I went through their doors! SO MANY gorgeous, cool and well-made items that it was almost impossible to keep my total bill below $1000. I've gone back 4 times already and always find another darling piece of clothing that I MUST have, AND... the people who work there couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. Bravo, H&M, Bravo!!

All the stars are due to Darius by providing the ONLY memorable experience I've had in all my years shopping at H&M.

I was hot, tired, and ready to go home, and bracing myself to have to buy all these clothes just to try them on at home, assuming very few items, if any, would fit. Darius sympathized with how difficult it is to fit women's bodies and expressed his desire to learn to sew so he can create clothes that would flatter more body types since women's shapes aren't a monolith.

It was so refreshing to not just receive his understanding as a woman, but to also have someone at an H&M counter speak to ME and not continue a co-worker conversation, which is what I typically experience at each location I've ever been to. Darius is such a gem, provided the best customer service I've ever had at an H&M store, and because of him, I'll be back.

I really love this store because of how cheap the clothing is! It's basically kind of like forever 21 but a bit cleaner and more organized. The cheapest clothing I've ever gotten here was probably 2 or 3 dollars! I wear their clothing all the time and it's always fun to come here just to look around
