American Eagle Store

Customer service at this store was fantastic 👍!! Five stars are not enough. A HUGE shout-out to Aapria and Zac for their friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable assistance. My entire shopping experience at AE in the King of Prussia mall was just wonderful and I look forward to shopping there again should I ever be in the neighborhood. Thanks ❤!!

Compared to many other stores in the KOP Mall, the employees here are very friendly and helpful as well.

They have a wide varity of products, some are pricey, and some are just flat out bargains. You need to dig to find those treasures.

Overall, had a great shopping experience and great job staff! The majority of store employees at KOP can learn a thing or two from you.

I enjoy shopping here, and this is where I get most of my jeans. The employees who work here are so friendly and helpful. They always make sure I get the right size in the styles I need. Their point system is also great and make sure to sign up for their store credit card to save even more money! Great value for the price! I highly recommend this store!

Absolutely love the clothing here, men and women's. The girl that checked us out was super sweet, and knew how to make conversation. American Eagle and Aerie will remain some of my favorite places to shop.

I haven't shopped at this particular AE store much because it's always so busy, but I want to give five stars to Bray for providing excellent customer service and being so patient while I tried to find the right fit in jeans. She ended up ordering a pair for me online because I couldn't find a pair I liked in the store but she was so nice the entire time and made me comfortable enough to try new styles. I didn't go in until about an hour before they closed but she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Just want her great attitude and professionalism to be recognized. Thanks for your help girl!

Love this store! There are so many trendy, cute clothing here! They are also made of very high quality material and I think it's a very trustworthy place to get clothing. The clothes are also at a fairly good price. This is a great place to get clothes for either boys or girls.

I was in the KOP store today. I don’t usually write reviews but feel this is greatly deserved. Mindy helped me buy A LOT of clothes. She was genuine, kind, helpful and fun. I do not enjoy shopping. I wear scrubs all week and am slightly out of the fashion loop. She saw I needed help and that’s exactly what she did. She’s a gem!!! Great employee, great for business, great woman. THANK YOU ❤

These are the only shorts that fit me. I love this store. Oh and they have all the sizes odd and even for the waist. Finally clothes that like good an fit well. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I personally love this American Eagle since the staff is so nice and very helpful.I dont understand why some people come in at closing time to shop and mess up the hard work these employees do to make it easier to shop. Maybe people should respect mall employees after all they work hard to make the store presentable.

Favorite clothing store. They have really nice clothing especially their jeans are wonderful. The prices can be high but it's well worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff they ensure that you get what you need and is satisfied. They even go through their stock and find the items you need in what ever size you ask for

Cloth are better than you think. Dont sleep on em. Always get great customer service.

Great. The service was terrific. There qas one guy that could have been an angel, he ran the fitting room. Very nice.

Quality products, great vibe, friendly service!

Affordable quality stretchable jeans, but some of their shirts are a bit loud with emblazoned AE prints.
