Worker was pushing me and he was loud and overcharged me for a pop figure for five times the price and then wouldn’t let me take it off my order and proceeded to get loud with me and was rude and unprofessional I would not recommend

Overpriced garbage. They sell squishmallows for more than double the price of them at walmart. Saw a togepi squishmallow for $50 there… it was $20 at walmart. Unbelievable. Do not buy from this company.

WARNING: they do not accept returns even WITH A RECEIPT! Do not shop here!! The manager was super unhelpful and glued to her phone. Extremely unprofessional.

The prices on items require you to give an email and phone number to get on their mailing list or they charge you a higher price. This is very dishonest. Had the employees not been arguing about schedules and told me that as I walked in the door I would have walked out before my kid had to have something and I had to make up an email and phone number.
