Saks Fifth Avenue

Who doesn’t love Saks? Every single employee that works there goes above and beyond and out of their way for you, so always treat them nicely. I love all the employees of the fragrance department as well, shout-out to you mark! If it weren’t for them I would 1) smell as amazing as I do & 2) even know what fragrance I like. Every employee no matter the department goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy, have everything you need and feel good. I appreciate all the extra samples of these amazing fragrances as well because it keeps me coming back to buy more from the same employee because they tailor whatever you want to what you need and you end finding new things you didn’t know about or would think to even try.

Great store and extra helpful sales staff! My wife normally shops online, so it was a treat to do that in person!

MaryBeth in the beauty department is AMAZING! Her customer service is unmatched. She helped my husband and I pick the perfect fragrances at the Jo Malone stand for our moms for the holidays and gift wrapped them so beautifully. She is the sweetest person!!!

Shanaz was also fantastic and extremely helpful with purchasing my new coat!!

There's always a pretty dress or handbag to find! Nice store, range of clothes from elegant to attention grabbing. Children's selection is limited.

Saks always has ample parking and it's a great anchor store to access the Tysons Galeria. They carry a nice variety of brands, most of which have stores within the Galeria itself as well. The staff usually leaves you alone so you can shop until you show interest in something when they approach.

Not crowded and very comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. My wife and I can shop with no pressure.

I read some of the reviews and luckily I got an awesome customer experience. The associate (Which I leave blank for privacy) helped me find the perfect suit for my size and taste. The suit he found for me was not even from the shelf and he made sure that everything I was purchasing was brand new from the back. I loved the suite and the person who helped me also managed to get 300 dollars off from the suit. I’m still shocked by how the associate discounted my suit. I had an awesome experience in the store.

I had an amazing experience with Valeria in shoes. She approached me as soon as I walked in and did whatever she could to help me. Great customer service and will be definitely coming back to work with her again.

As much as I like the Chevy chase store, I also love shopping at the Tyson’s location. It’s a little bit further but has plenty of covered parking. Selection is great like the other store and there are certain items that Chevy chase doesn’t carry. Marc has helped me multiple times and he’s great. If you go to the mens department, ask for him.

Great experience with Shabana from Dior perfumes. She was patient land very helpful to help me to pick my perfume. Her knowledge on the perfumes were added bonus. Picked the Johnny Depp one :)

Leaving for a pair of Louboutin heels for my friend. Online chat connected me with Franklin. I seconds he found the size and took a picture of the pumps. I sent him my credit card info and they processed it next morning for me to pick up. Highly recommend the chat with salesperson online shopping, no app needed! Everyone was great and system is secure and private! 5 star experience for everyone at the Tysons location!

Only visited the fragrance counter and the ladies lounge. The lounge was amazing, and I don't find myself saying that about too many bathrooms. The lady at the fragrance counter was very nice and helpful. She also gave us a sample of Tom Ford's Oud Wood, which is amazing.

I have to admit I have an obsession with fragrance. I seem to buy at least a bottle a month. I am very informed on the trends and what's new. But ocassionally, I'm looking for recommendations so expect the salesperson to be able to answer questions with an educated opinion. Most salespeople can't.Anywhere!! I'm so glad I found Fernanda at Saks in Tysons Galleria. Of all salespeople around the entire DMV, no one has ever helped me with fragrance as she has. She is such an asset to this place and a great brand ambassador for Kilian and Maison Francis Kurkjian. Thanks Fernanda, you have made a member of the FragCom a customer for Life!!!

My experience would have been one star but the Manager Rochelle at Tyson’s corner was awesome. She came to greet us with a smile and was very accommodating needs after driving 2 hours to pick up our order placed on line. We really appreciate professional service. Thank you Rochelle for turning our experience around.

I usually shop at Neiman Marcus but decided to go through SAKS to make a purchase for some Balenciaga shoes. I called the store and was able to place my order and receive it in a timely manner. Also the woman that assisted me through the whole process named Bouchra at Saks displayed nothing short of excellent customer service and professionalism. I can only attest to the shoe department as that was my primary focus.

She even went above and beyond to accommodate my return/ exchange after there was a defect with the shoe. Bouchra quickly was able to exchange it for me under the normal SAKS return policy. There is truly nothing better than a business that values their customers. Thanks you for the help and experience.

And if you decide to shop here PLEASE ask for Bouchra in Men’s / Women’s shoes. She will gladly take care of you. I now will go to her instead of Niemans for all my needs — Thanks Bouchra you’ve earned a life customer at SAKS :)

The location I visited in Tysons corner was great! They had quite a few people in the returns line but they moved very quickly resolving everyone’s issues. Thank you!!

Ray Ybarme (which is a rare commodity in this day and age) his attention to detail and one on one personal attention and professionalism was impeccable. Unlike most sales people who care only about selling as much as possible to you, he actually took the time to get to know me and my taste in fashion and then found a suit that was right for me. I will never deal with anyone else other than Ray.

Employees are not the most grateful seems like. I found the store having gracious buying policies and the best selection in the area.

Max took wonderful care of us in the ladies dress department! Kudos to her!
