Employees are so nice! Have a nice selection of womens shoes, not so many men's right now. But a nice clearance section too!

Very clean store and friendly sales personnel. Young high school student was very helpful.

My daughter got shoes for school and in 5 weeks they were falling apart. I walked and showed I believe her name was Lori the pictures and we went to see if they still had them in her size. They did and she took the damaged ones and gave me the new ones. Very nice staff and helpful. We will definitely continue to shop here.

Friendly when I walked in the door. Didn't have my shoe size(size 12 in ladies) but that's too be expected. Hardly anyone does.

I came to Carnival looking for a pair of tennis shoes for my grandson. Our LiL tag along is 2. Needless to say we were struggling as one of the shoes we chose were missing. I asked for help & a young lady went through the stack of shoes to no avail. We finally found a suitable pair with Sofies help. Thank you so much Sofie you made my experience worth the trip!!!

I love my Slipons by Sketchers.
No bending and struggling to put the shoes on and no ties are necessary for a good fit. Very comfortable too.
Hint: Get a little bigger size than you usually wear. 😁

I expect a certain amount of disarray in shoe stores since people are there trying on shoes, but the place was well-organized and clean. And it wasn't due to a lack of customers. Good selection of women's shoes. Both employees seemed happy enough to be there, I was greeted, and I was asked later if I needed help. Staff politely overlooked that I was carrying a bright orange pool noodle that I didn't feel like walking back to my car. All around pleasant experience.

Got Cowboy boots on sale. I spun wheel got $5.00 extra off!!

This is a " hit or miss" type store with inventory changing frequently. Should you find what you are looking for great five star rating. Prices are fare and shoes are good quality. No reason to not include this place if you looking for shoes for practically any occasion. Good luck.

This review is about an online order. I tried to order a pair of shoes from my local shoe carnival but they were out so i was forced to make an online order. That's the best part of my day so far! Due to technical issues , I had the pleasure of being connected with Barbara from Canada and she was amazing from the start. She helped us find the shoes we needed and input the information we couldn't input online. She was so caring and polite, it was honestly a refreshing pleasure to talk to her. Thank you Barbara! We will order our shoes online because of the outstanding we customer service we received!

The prices are very reasonable and the selection is adequate. The buy one, get one half off deal makes it even better. Paid just over one hundred dollars for 2 nice pairs of shoes. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. They have a wheel you get to spin at certain times for even more deals! Take the family and save some money.

If you want to buy sneakers this is the place to go they have a lot of sketches there I mean loads of it pick any kind of shoe you on out they have it best place to go find sports shoes there is a place I wish they would have had my size I take size 7 a little wide they don't have that so I won't be going there too much my wife likes it she finds repairs she wants

LORRIE the manager was extremely kind & so helpful.. my husband & I came in on Jan 3 late in the afternoon & that manager was really RUDE the cashier was great but that manager talked to us like we didnt matter..I got shoes on a 30% off & they didn't fit my husband so we came to exchange them the manager said YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE because we dont have the sale any more ..we explained we never had that happen before but she was adamant she then gave the cashier instructions on how to charge us she said because they didn't pay full price these are.. any who Lory took care off the matter like a true BOSS ..... Thank u so much for being so kind....
