Raleigh and Miguel were awesome. Their customer service was excellent. I came into this store and needed a brand new phone asap as mine was completely destroyed. They took care of me immediately. I can't say thank you enough to these two. If you are in need of a new phone or cell service I highly recommend you go here. Ask for Raleigh or Miguel.

Drive slowly as you approach the location, the big tree in front of the building is blocking the sign, if you drive too fast, you’d miss the entrance.

Our family recently changed our cellphone provider from AT&T to Verizon, we were with AT&T for 20+ year, the past year AT&T was just disappointing. The review on Verizon as a provider is still TBD as we’ve been only with them for two weeks.

BUT…I’d like to give shout outs to this particular store, their service & support are amazing, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Our sales specialist was Kelly. She is great! I have never met a sales rep that willing to help above and beyond after the deal is done. The transfer process was a bit challenging but Kelly was always willing to find the answer and very patient with me. She knows what she’s doing and she was quick, too.

The store managers; Vivian & Devan were also great. Very helpful throughout the process when I went multiple times to straighten out some things while Kelly was off.

I have been recommending, and will continue to do so, this store and Kelly to my friends and neighbors.

I had a concern that took many calls & many hours to Verizon Call Center with no resolution. Miguel & Rollie handled my concern in less than 10 minutes, exactly how I needed it to be addressed. I highly recommend this store for their professionalism and ability to help.

Miguel & Kelly were amazing!! They helped us navigate options and were able to get us a new phone, with accessories!!! Their customer service was spot on! Thank you both so much!!

Kelly was super helpful getting me a new iPhone. She was able to answer all of my questions, and helped in making my decision. I ended up switching from T-mobile and am super satisfied with the service so far. Kelly is a great sales associate.

Victor was absolutely wonderful! We had been through the wringer all day at various phone stores trying to get taken care of. He steered us in the right direction and eventually got us set up on a new line and with new phones. He was very pleasant and took great care of us even when we ended up being there a little past closing time. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service at this store. Thank you so much Victor! 😊

Michael is an excellent and knowledgeable staff member. This is a company store and you are able to do more than authorized retailers. Good store.

Awesome customer service. The manager Miguel, who has been there for years, is absolutely amazing. He will spend as long as you need to get you the best deal possible, depending on your needs. I know I'm in great hands when he takes care of me. Dont get me wrong, everyone there is awesome!! Highly recommend Verizon and this location!

Stopped by the store this AM (not realizing the store didn’t open until 11am) and the gentleman working was so polite and helpful. We had a fairly complicated question and he helped us resolve the issue 100%. We had been in many stores prior and no one ever seemed to be able to resolve the issue but he obviously knows his job well. So pleased with the service. Thank-you for your help today.

Chase and Chris did an excellent job getting a phone and phone plan for my non-profit business. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to me on a level that I could understand. This is a busy store and I noticed that every customer is greeted right away. You may have to wait because it is busy but their service to the customer is top notch.

This is my local corporate store that I often frequent is I don't want to call and wait forever. Always friendly and helpful. Just recently upgraded to an s22 ultra after getting $800 trade in value for my s20fe 5g. Thanks again!

Great customer service! The manager Greg helped me over the phone and Astrid helped me once I got to the store. Though I was unable to get the product I wanted because it was sold out, they ordered it for me with expedited shipping. I’ve been with other phone companies before but these guys went above and beyond on making this process as smooth as possible.

Pat was extremely helpful to me when I came in trying to return to Verizon after spotty service with another carrier. He was patient, understanding and kind. He had to make so many calls to get me reconnected but he made it happen! I was so happy! I will never leave Verizon again! Thank you Pat!!!

The Customer Service is great at this location, Especially with representatives like Frank and Vivian! When I had issues with Verizon’s online services (ordering, bill paying, rebates, etc), Frank and Vivian were able to guide me to a resolution while remaining patient with my frustration. With representatives like them, Verizon will be able to keep me as a customer.

I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store. This store surpasses the Rockledge and Merritt Island stores. The Manager Kevin did a fabulous job at explaining the pricing and billing. While my sales associate Jarbari did a superb job helping answer all of my questions and helping me select a plan. Additionally, I would like to give a huge thanks to Frank and Miguel who helped troubleshoot all of the technical issues :)) Overall, fantastic job boys and whenever I need help or a new phone I will no doubt be coming back to this store!

I had issues with my phone so naturally I went to the Melbourne office. Greg the manager helped me and ensured I was happy before I left the store. He even setup the tech coach app in case I have future issues with my device. A+++!!

Very helpful & friendly staff. Explained the process & products well. Clean store. Nicely set-up. Reccomend. ONLY complaint...music at counter is a bit high volume to be the service counter. Hard to hear. ;)

They always are very helpful when we go there. Very professional staff, whether we have questions about our account or pairing a new device or question in general this is the one place we visit. I recently purchased the Note 8 and I love it. Keep it up....
