Karolaine did an absolutely fabulous job on our home!! She did a deep clean today, and the entire house looks and smells amazing! Everything shines and you can tell that she knows exactly what she’s doing. She even did the light fixtures, ceiling fans, windows, and glass doors. We are so very happy with her and the company. My husband is thrilled, too. My best friend owns a cleaning company, and she saw the pictures and said that she would hire Karolaine to clean her home!! She was very impressed with her work, too. Two thumbs way up! We highly recommend them.

They are incredible. We sold our townhome and needed a cleaning service ASAP. They delivered with on-time service and stayed extra long to make sure things were done with great care. We have two cats so cleaning was intense and they did a fabulous job. Our buyer was thrilled when he saw the place.

The service I received was excellent. I'd let the house get a little dirtier than I'd like, especially with two cats in the house, and they absolutely went above and beyond. The cleaning was incredibly thorough, scheduling was quick and easy, and this was overall such a joy. I will absolutely be using Brevard Home Cleaning again!

As spring cleaning season is slipping by, I really wanted to get my house thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned. Unfortunately, due to several mental and physical health issues—the task at hand was overwhelming, on top of having six cats and four parrots (all rescues), our mother-in-law and her dog also lives with us. The dirt was getting out of hand. I felt like I needed an entire reset on my home but knew that I did not have it in me to be able to do it. Or at least, I knew that if I started now, it would take weeks, possibly months to go through each room, and that by the time I finished everything would no doubt be dirty again.

So, my partner and I decided we needed to hire professional house cleaning services. We had difficulty at first, as half the services we called and scheduled with before hand not only didn't show up…but didn't communicate why they didn't show. It was almost two weeks of me on the phone and in emails, when I looked through Google Reviews for the fifth time (and close to the final) and saw Brevard Home Cleaning. With 200+ five-star reviews, I was already interested.
As I read through the reviews, one of the things that really stuck out to me was the story a reviewer had of how the cleaners had even stopped to polish and clean the antique silver spoons on a coffee station. I was impressed and reached out to Ericarla and her business via their Contact form on their website.
The response was prompt, and Ericarla, unlike the other cleaning companies, was upfront about the general estimate of base costs. She was also extremely friendly and professional to speak to. We arranged for a consultation and met in person where we found her to be excellent in person, friendly, and wonderful to chit-chat with.
She asked us if we had a time and date in mind, and we told her that whatever time she has an opening would be fine with us. She told us she would contact us and let us know.
Within 12 hours she contacted us again to ask if Sunday was ok. Sunday just happened to be 3 days after she had been to our home for consultation. We were amazed, and grateful for her fitting us in so fast.
On Sunday, two cleaners arrived at our home. Since we have high ceilings and haven't been able to clean on top of the shelves placed near there (like indents), and lack anything other than a step stool, I requested if it was possible if they could clean both. The ladies arrived with a brand-new ladder, tall enough to reach the spaces we couldn't, and what appears to be more cleaning supplies than I have ever seen in my life. They were well prepared!
We had a bit of a moment where we realized we didn't speak the same language, but luckily, Google Translate had us on the same level in moments.

When I tell you that my house is cleaner now than when I moved in….that my house is possibly cleaner than any space I have ever lived in, I am not joking. These two went above and BEYOND. Every little detail was seen too.
This attention to every little detail in cleaning was then carried out to my bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room and if I listed every little amazing thing, they cleaned this review would be even longer than ever.
Speaking of long, my house was such a mess that the ladies cleaning were unable to finish everything in one day—which is 100% O.K. with me—and promised to come back to finish the job. I am not upset at all, the work they've done so far and almost finished is superb.

Would I recommend Brevard Home Cleaning?
YES! 100 times YES. I wish that I could convey the mental and physical relief and wonder as well as amazement I currently have, looking at my home. It was my home before, but now it's REALLY home.

Brevard Home Cleaning is amazing ! We’ve had Franciele and Lydia for about a year - they are right on schedule on each visit, and most importantly they have HIGH standards for their cleaning. They meticulously clean everything, the mop smells great, they focus on every detail; fluffing pillows, kitchen cabinets wiped down, I could go on and on… excellent standards, excellent staff. We moved in to our place a year ago after purchasing a remodeled condo. We had the place cleaned by a professional floor cleaner and a house cleaning service, but still just wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Now we have BHC and the entire place is spotless! Our new appliances look better than they did originally. I am grateful to have found BHC. The best service ever!

BHC just did a great job with a "move out" cleaning between tenants. I will never use anyone else. Simply the best.

I have used this service to several months and am happy the results. Recently moved to another local city and they did a move out clean and did an awesome job. Will be using them in our new home once we are unpacked.

I am please with Juliet who is our cleaner and has been for a year. She is thorough,. professional and is a sweet person. It feels so good coming home to a clean house.
