I'm 58 years old and still build model cars as a hobby. I find all kinds of things from paints to even fake jewelry kits that I use to detail each one. When I first started going there I was a bit lost on what I was looking for but the friendly staff was always a great help. I shop there often.

I love crafting. And this for me is hog heaven. I found everything I needed.. Plus more! I love the wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes! I also got lots of new craft ideas for the future! The staff were also super nice and the store was pretty well organized! Also the prices were pretty nice compared to some other stores!

The store is always bright, cheery and full of wonderful decor and craft ideas.... Leah is there every single Sunday with a new hands-on craft to do, and she is absolutely splendid. Leah is patient, kind, considerate, observant and polite. We look forward to the crafts on Sunday because of all these attributes together.

A happy place to go. Bought a very cool embroidery kit today and saw several things that I'm sorely tempted to come back for. Enjoyed strolling through the aisles and seeing the cute Halloween things especially.

They had everything I needed to create two 16 x 20 pictures, one from concert ticket stubs from the past 30 years. Yes, Ozzy, Ronnie James Dio, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, The Firm, Aerosmith, and so on. Then, the other is for all Sporting events, Boston Bruins, Red Sox, Celtics and of course The New England Patriots and some out of state events.

I want to commend your employee by the name of Ally, she was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly young lady. That combined with her professionalism makes me want to come shop here more often. She is definitely manager material. Thank you again Ally, it was a pleasure meeting you and having you to assist me with all my questions. :-)

One of the most organized and not overwhelming Michaels I have ever been to. My cashier Krista was awesome as well. I love people who smile and actually interact with their customers.

Employees were very helpful. They found what I needed

This review is mostly for the employees. The current people they have working there are great. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and listen to your needs/questions. They are also very honest. My son dropped a check out of my mom's wallet without us knowing, he's 11 months 🤷‍♀, we did call to see if it was turned in, but it was not at that time. The next morning right after they opened we received a call that they found it that night and to come whenever we were available to pick it up. Great people working there!

Great atmosphere along with helpful employees.

Always seem to find what I need and usually a bit more. Lol . As an artist in many mediums I like to shop in person for my supplies sometimes I have to online shop but the stores usually have what I need or want to add to my home studio supplies.

Nice place, but not much for fashion designers.
