Twaun and Ryn were phenomenal and so informative. I really enjoyed my visit and how inviting they both were. I wanted to leave a tip but they don’t allow them. They should change that expeditiously. They deserve it.

Customer service is delightful! Came in not exactly sure what I wanted and Ziggy walked me through different options and helped me find exactly what I wanted.

Great store, my wife and both LOVE THIS store. The workers are always very helpful and always in such a good mood. Plus not to mention their catalog, they have just ABOUT everything you can think of or possibly want in there. I wish we had a store in FL where I live.

This is the only place to go for your adult needs. This place has the most knowledgeable staff I've ever come across. It seems like they have tested everything in the store so they can give the customers the best answers possible and I went in today to ask about a charger for my rose. This woman went in the back and came out with a box of cables, picked out 2 she thought would fit and gave them to me

Every time I've gone in, whether to look or purchase, I've had amazing service, all questions answered, quality product, and great interactions. I've gone in to browse and stayed for 30-40 minutes chatting if it's slow. Genuinely great interactions and I plan to go this weekend and get some birthday goodies!! Highly recommend this store for a nice spice up of an average night or special times like bdays and anniversaries.

Lacey, Lilith,Heather, and Ann always have the best advice when it comes to helping me get what I need! Twuan I've only seen once but he's so personable and chill. As a woman buying certain things he didn't make thing weird or uncomfy.

Wow we totally loved this store!! They were beyond the point of helpful because we had a million different questions, and were super patient with us. They even went out of their way to take out products and show us they worked. We were in there for over an hour and just would highly recommend if you need assistance and want recommendations.

So let me tell you about Melody and Twuan. So these are now my two favorite people because I walked in the store I didn't know which direction to go but when I tell you that they help me out with my whole entire experience I'm going to definitely be back probably every week.
