The UPS Store

This is my favorite store to come to it’s always clean I love that it’s open 7 days a week and I’ve been coming here since it’s opened a few months ago I love the staff and star always makes me smile

I run a small business and I love that this store is open 7 days a week I am able to come when I finally can to ship packes or thank you letters to my clients they keep my business running.

The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and spoke clearly about his role. When I walked out, I knew Xfinity would receive Nancy's equipment full return. Thank you all.

The new UPS store in Hazlet is a definite 5 star. Customer service is excellent and they are so helpful. The Redd family's first UPS location and doing an amazing job. Easy to find parking. Quick in and out service. In the same mall as Aldi. I have come in here over 2 dozen times to send a package and 11 times to use their notary service. They take Amazon returns. You can make an appointment for notary or just walk in. Their notary prices are very reasonable. Many banks have stopped providing this service so this store is a great asset.

Love this new location! Service is always super quick and friendly unlike other stores in the area. Ours during the holidays are fantastic! My new favorite, UPS store.

Stopped in on my lunch break was helped by a female believe her name was Star she was really helpful and patient with my Amazon returns. love that this store is in a convenient location with awesome staff

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. This store is always organized and very clean.

Excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere at the newly opened UPS store in Hazlet. I had a large box I was shipping and the store manager, Herman, met me in the parking lot with a wagon to bring the big box in to ship. He then walked behind the counter, opened a register to receive my package. Upon exit, I was wished a good day by another employee by the door.

Went in and was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable associate Kaitlyne. She helped me ship my package and the supplies were nice and cheap

Staff was friendly, the store was clean, we were helped quickly.

Set up of a mai box was super easy. I was assisted by a kind girl named kaitlyn who made the process easy

Stopped by today to drop off 4 wheels with tires mounted and each weight over 70 pounds. Staffs were all friendly and lended me a dolly to move the packages. Thumbs up!

Extremely friendly staff. I felt welcomed the second I entered the store and we had a great conversation. Although it’s a brand new store at the time I’m writing this, this is my favorite UPS location yet.
