Wow. What an experience. We were helped by Mike from electrical and Tony from paint. They took their time with us. They are really knowledgeable and super helpful. If I come back I’m definitely looking for them

Hazlet Home Depot is by far my favorite! The staff is always helpful no matter what we need. Yesterday we went to find a vanity and needed help. My husband found Doug and I am so glad he did. Doug has a big inviting smile and treated us like royalty. He made sure knew all we needed to know and went above and beyond to get us the vanity we wanted. Thank you Doug and Devin (his supervisor) for making a good experience great!

This 5 star review goes out to Julie who was by far the most helpful home depot employee I have ever met. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She not only helped me pick out the right plants for my garden but helped bring my second cart full to the register and even helped load into my car. She is an incredible employee, Home Depot is lucky to have such a great staff member!

Nice store. They don’t water their plants too much. Different vendors come in and water different areas. And if they are droopy, or not up to par, they throw them out and do not let anybody buy them to nurse them back to health. Employees are very few and far between but the ones that I did find there, are very nice.

Had to stop in for some materials I needed to complete a current project. I'm sure I was just one of the many there for the same reason. I've never not only found what I was looking for, but at times was confronted with more that just a few brand choices for the very item I needed. Customer service is always great!

Jay was articulate, thorough, patient, and eagerly assisted us on Christmas Eve day. Very grateful for his expertise. I hope he gets a raise. The rest of the crew in Jay's department was also very helpful, cheery, and professional. Don't we all want service when we are spending our cash? We had just come from Whole Fools, and had the exact opposite experience. But this is about Jay and Home Depot and not amozionian Whole Fools.

Home Depot In Hazlet is the true definition of customer service/satisfaction. I purchased a Clubcadet snowblower. It was not used due to lack of snow first season. When I tried starting it the following season it would not start. Club Cadet provided zero assistance. When I called Home Depot customer support they reached out to Home Depot in Hazlet. I had purchased it online. The manager Jenn was extremely helpful and went well out her way to help me. She put me in touch with Sal & Lou.
They advised to try a few fixes. After this failed they told me to bring it into their shop. When I arrived they were ready and immediately set out to fix it. After an hour it was running perfectly. I can’t thank them enough!! Great people and service. They really care!!!

I decided to embark on a DIY project and walked into the Home Depot in Hazlet. I don’t live around there, but I was visiting a friend and figured why not. I am so glad I did. It was probably the nicest Home Depot I have ever been in. Clean, orderly and friendly. I was greeted by a woman named Alice who listened to my project and introduced me to a young man named Jake, who patiently listened to what I wanted to do, and then assisted me in choosing the correct power tool in my budget and also the accessories I needed. For the next part of my project, Jake brought me to meet Daniel in the paint department who patiently explained all the steps I needed to take for my project and helped me select all the correct products. I was then brought to a cashier named Annette who was not only very sweet and efficient, but reminded me of some thing else I would need and patiently waited while I went to get it. While, I don’t live anywhere near Hazlet. I would like to say that it is the only Home Depot I will go to in the future!
