AT&T Store

Went into the store to add a line and was having problems doing it over the phone because my name and social were messed up in the system & no one could help through phone or chat . I went into the Hazlet store a gage was the customer rep helping me ! He went above and beyond and fixed my account and added the line for me ! He also added my military discount and all this took less than an hour! He was knowledgeable and really welcoming ! Great job finding such an awesome employee ! Thank you

Came to this store on Christmas Eve for an insurance replacement for a lost device. The store associate, Herol, was absolutely amazing! We were on a time crunch due to upcoming travel and needed the replacement phone ASAP. Herol went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and offered suggestions to rectify the situation if AT&T could not process the replacement in time.
Everyone complains when something goes wrong. Not enough send praise when it is due.
Know that if you work with Herol, you are in good hands!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and made sure to get the answers to the questions I had before switching phone plans. They provided excellent service and made me feel confident in making the switch to AT&T.

After trying 2 other AT&T stores that were closed for “staff meeting,” or “safety reasons,” we went to the Hazlet store where Herol waited on us and made the transaction quick and easy. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! Definitely will use this store again!

In my opinion, Carlos curated a phenomenal customer experience. He offered and went into depth about a new plan that will bundle all of my current and new Apple products and insurance at a similar price range to fit my budget. he helped me finance my new iPad Pro and my AirPods. He even helped me trade my phone in for the new iPhone 14. It was a 5/5 experience for me. l highly recommend.

I purchased a new phone for myself and wife. Jamillah was outstanding. Knowledgeable, tech expertise and great customer service skills. I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Also, Herol was extremely helpful. All in all, a great experience.

First off I want to say that initially I had the worse experience (via the phone) At first and was ready to give up on AT&T altogether! I ordered service online on 6/4/23 and had to call daily to check on my order which was cancelled for no reason on Wednesday 6/7/23! So I decided to go into the store in Hazlet NJ where Garrett&Jamillah worked with me from 4pm-7pm to get my service transferred from T-mobile & even shipped my niece’s phone to VA for her! It was an awesome experience and those two representatives were amazing & need to be recognized for going above & beyond for me!

The manager Garrett and Erick were very friendly from the second we walked in the door. They went through every detail thoroughly and made sure we understood the fine print. They made switching services and upgrading phones very easy. Thanks again guys!!!

I went to get a new phone, but my old phone was so full of junk that I didn't have enough memory to transfer all of my stuff. Garrett was very patient with me and walked me through what I needed to do and erase. Once I did that, the rest was a piece of cake. I'm so glad I went. Thanks Garrett!

My recent experience at the AT&T store was very pleasant and easy. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamillah Johnson, she was very informative very patient and very accurate on all questions I had. I was recently with Xfinity, which, by the way is the worst cell phone provider. She made my switch, easy, pleasant, and kept me right around the same price. So far my service has been perfect and I would strongly recommend AT&T and I would also recommend dealing with Jamillah.

Went to AT&T in Hazlet to upgrade my IPhone. The rep Erik was extremely helpful and offered some suggestions. I was very pleased with my visit there and would recommend this location for anyone who is looking to upgrade or any other type of service.

Thank goodnesss Garrett Murphy was there to walk me through the whole process of transferring all my data from my old phone. Things were not going smoothly and he patiently went through all the steps to get my new phone up and moving.

Paul helped me and my wife renew our plan to a new one that made more sense for us and was able to get us new iPhone 11s, both with delivery dates before we are leaving for a trip. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Great straightforward customer service. Made our upgrade and plan change easy.

Great experience with Paul, Issac, and Jonathon especially during the pandemic. They were all professional and had me converted from another carrier with 3 new phones in less than 30 minutes. Painless experience and Paul did everything he could to help out with discounts and next steps. I'll be back when purchasing new devices rather than driving to my closest Apple store.

We went to at&t yesterday for upgrades for myself and my husband. This store was extremely nice and helpful. My husband wanted the new note plus in black but they didnt have any in stock but called another store and even went to the store to get the phone for us. Above and beyond is what the staff at this store does. Our sales rep was Jonathan and he was amazing. He new what he was talking about and helped us to get exactly what we wanted. We left the store extremely satisfied and we will be back and will also refer everyone there. All the staff were friendly. The store was clean as well.
