Mavis Discount Tire

I scheduled my appointment online yesterday and was able to get the time I needed today. Everyone at the facility was kind and friendly but not like weird about it. Great communication, quicker work than I anticipated based on previous work at a different location. I also cannot stress how clean it was, and how friendly the staff was. Highly recommend!

OH AND there's a small area in the back where your kiddos can stay occupied. I didn't have my kids with me today but it's very good to know for the future

Ron came through. In and out, 15 minutes on super bowl day 2024. 26.65 total fo fix flat all in. Overall great experience. Get here early on weekends. It will fill up with the other tire shop out of business now.

Went in without an appointment for an oil change after another place across the street told me they didn’t have the filter for my car model. Was greeted by a nice gentleman who directed me to the waiting area and told me my car would be ready in 30 min. The place was clean, had a nice waiting area with a TV, a playset for toddlers and clean restrooms. Car was worked on and returned in timely fashion. Definitely coming back!

I can say enough about the Mavis in Middletown. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. This is my third time going there and always have gotten taken care of better then any other auto place I’ve ever been to. T is so nice and took care of my car the moment I pulled up. Thank you T !!!!

Service was great! Stopped in to inquire about new tires and an oil change for my truck. I thought I would need to make an appointment, but sure enough I was able to have it all done same day, which worked out perfect for me since I had the day off. Very professional and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency flat and needed a new tyre replaced same day. The guys hear were awesome got a matching tyre ordered and delivered same day and had my car ready just after lunch.

These people were amazing. I wanted to pay my parents service and they went above and beyond to call me back for the payment and not let them pay. I believe the lady's name was Gail. Sweetheart. Ty. And they were quick and efficient and great prices

My vehicle appointment was honored and serviced in a timely manner. There was no surprises and the cost for service was reasonable. I recommend Mavis to car owners looking for quick repairs and/or maintenance.

I don’t know how they did it but I am writing this review for a tire plug They gave me and I pulled onto the property about 12 minutes ago. That is the quickest I’ve ever been taken care of and I’ve had a lot of cars in my lifetime.

After calling at least 10 different places for quality good priced tires I found my place. I was always weary of chain tire shops and always went budget but that was before I knew they could work with my budget and provide good quality tires too. I definitely would recommend making them your tire place. The people are friendly, I didn’t have to wait long, and they have all of your tire needs. 10/10 Tommy was exceptional and the techs were professional as well

Middletown Mavis was once again amazing! They never disappoint! Ron and Terrence were extremely professional & helpful, I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area, you will not be let down.

The guys at mavis, John and Nick are professional, dedicated and supportive of their customers. They are efficient and transparent. They are the first place I’ve been to that has not tried to rip me off! Highly recommend!

Spectacular service — an earned five stars! Went in Christmas Eve morning, and they had me on my way with a new tire pressure sensor within 20 minutes. Efficient, friendly, and affordable.

Couldn't be nicer! Never had a flay before and have run flat tires. Tire was popped and they couldn't have been more helpful!
