So I went in to buy a TV and once I found the TV that I wanted and I was able to get delivery and installation the next day. When The geek squad arrived they did the most absolute awesome job with installing and hanging my TV so to say I had a great experience with Best Buy is to say I had an awesome experience with Best Buy with purchasing my TV and getting the delivery and installation which turned out to be one of the best experiences that I have ever had!

After numerous attempts and several trips back and forth to the store The Geek Squad works tirelessly to fix my external hard drive problem. Adam Justin Brian and Ryan were all instrumental and gave the best possible service to my issues. I'm appreciative and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend someone purchasing at Best Buy and using the Geek Squad for any issues they might encounter. Well done Best Buy, Holmdel NJ.

Had to pick up an order that was placed. It was quick and easy. I never had a problem at any Best Buy though. Well organized and clean. Helpful people at the door as well. This Best Buy is also in a great location to other stores as I based my order on store availability and location to other stores to run my errands. It was a litttle out if my way but lined up with other stores I needed to go to so it actually saved me time and gas money. Which is so important these days.

I really like the idea of going to an electronics store to buy an item as opposed to ordering it online. I have a Best Buy store close to me and do my best to buy from them for all my audio and video needs. Great place with great service at a good price!

The Geek Squad at this Best Buy is awesome. Very composed and helpful. Very Direct and only recommend what is optional, they listen and provide options based on the customer's circumstances.

Dean, Geek Squad Manager I believe, was incredible. He helped me with tech support on an old laptop, then helped me set-up my new laptop while helping others. True multi-tasking is rare. And shout out to Matt for helping purchase the new laptop!

To the rude Karen that was returning something at Best Buy 03/02/2022 at 4:30 PM: You must be very miserable in your life.

It appeared that this customer either did not have the receipt or original form of payment for the item she was returning, and Best Buy employees tried to make it right by giving her various options. She kept demanding her cash back (although it wasn't her original form of payment), proceeded to ask for a management/corporate Best Buy number because she will "never be buying anything from Best Buy again" and then asked to speak to yet another manager (even though she was already speaking to one at the checkout). Shame on you for being extremely impatient and rude to employees that NEED to abide by store policies.

The employees at this Best Buy have always been extremely helpful and kind throughout all stages of the buying or returning process. I've shopped here for many years and can confidently say that the employees put customer service first always.

Been 3 times in the last two days (second time to grab additional supplies we forgot we needed, third time to exchange something from first visit)
All 3 times we were greeted at the front door politely and professionally to see if we needed a sales clerk assistant or direction to an item in store.
Sales assistants were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were the best we could find online or in person at any other store.

Purchased a TV wall mount Sunday. When I got home opened it and the pieces didn't match the instructions. I went back thinking the worst, but Mike introduced me to his manager Scott. Scott said it was no problem to exchange it, but I was worried since I missed the free installation would it be still available? Scott assured me that it was and we scheduled an appointment
. It was guaranteed as per Best Buy policy but both Mike and Scott were really cool and professional I highly recommend using this location.
