Great location with a great selection of tools. The reason I’m writing this review is for how helpful and organized the staff is. No matter how busy or how slow the store is, the staff is always attentive and willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure the customers are helped and are always on point where things are and bringing items from the back of the store. They even help load the heavy items into the car. Liz, the supervisor is always walking around and giving a helping hand. Great store, great people.

Got myself a 80$ tile saw from them
It worked amazingly did a backsplash consisting of metal marble porcelain and granite on a mosaic!! . . . no problem !!!!! Very impressed with the quality of the saw

Love coming to this location. It's about 24 minutes from me, but it is worth the drive. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I need questions and suggestions. Will return to this location again. Make sure you get the HF app for coupons and free items. Also, register at the store for coupons to be sent to you. There is plenty of parking because this lot is shared with other stores.

They have a really wide range of products and love walking around checking everything out. I was able to get food and litter for my cats

Everytime I go to this place I get unbelievable help from Juliette the cashier/cust svc/ everything . Never saw anybody go out of their way to help a customer like juliette.

Great place for entertainment in the Northwest part of Jersey. Did not eat there but rather to see two very good cover bands, Shottgun Red and the Nerds. The inside area where the bands played was a nicely sized, relatively large room with a good sound system. The stage was elevated allowing all to have an opportunity for a good view and plenty of floor space in front of the stage for those who wanted to rock or shake their groove thing. There was a bar inside and bartenders were very friendly and efficient. Instead of everyone crowding at the bar they did form a line first come first serve which I thought was a good idea, efficient and given how crowded ir was there, was understandable, fair. Drinks (mixed drinks and beers) were also reasonably priced... especially at a time where some places are price gouging due to covid..not Arties. It was a bit of a hike to get there from where I live but well worth the trip. I'm adding Arties to my radar for upcoming live entertainment ventures for sure.

Most of the parts needed to fix my new greenhouse were available at Harbor Freight today. Bree and Keith, members of the management staff of the store, were happy to assist by painstakingly locating the replacement parts whilst I got some coffee and deals at the local shopping center. 40MPH gusts bent the frame, mostly because I did not tie the floor plate down sufficiently, and failed to caulk the polycarbonate window panels. These steps would have given the structure added stability.

They really came through for me, and by the end of the day, I had shored up the roof, which had survived unscathed, carefully removed the bent and broken pieces, and replaced most of the structure. I will have to wait a few days for some additional parts.

This place is my addiction.

Once you get over the fact that not everything sold here will last forever but does last long enough to replace with a 2 yr warranty for a few bucks. That new one gets a new replacement warranty for the same few bucks.... .

An air gun used in my shop goes for ~$19. No question asked replacement ~$7. Brand name gun... $200-300. It breaks and service can cost as much as the original.

Funny though, the guns are all lasting more than i expected and they get crazy daily use.

Some tools are as good as the well known brand names. Worth a try. One word of caution... dont go there hungry.

I’m so glad that this store opened in this location. I was literally thinking of opening one myself hahaha. Before I would need to drive 30 minutes to get to one but now it’s not even 5 minutes. Great location for me. As everyone knows you can find almost everything in harbor freight, some not always the beat quality but still very reliable tools. I also liked seeing that they did not close down during our recent power outage and saw many people being helped, under flashlights and writing down all purchases. Great customer and good deals

First time in this brand new HFT Store. Wow very clean from the outside and was shock how clean and bright it was inside. I was like a kid in the candy store! My friend was able to find items he needed plus more. The one item was the Portland blower that is on sale from the Grand opening coupon, looked like the display shelf was empty but thanks to the Young male manager with glasses tonight, forgot his name, but he was able to find the blower we needed, that was on the top of the shelf in a different location..

Nice to see a manager walking around taking pride of the store. He was very caring and welcoming! Very easy to talk too! very friendly and very Knowledgeable where everything is located. To the point where very fine detail to the exact spot a location is at. Kudos To him! He also helped multiple customers at once and he made you wanna come back again. Always was bright and cheerful the whole time we were shopping. Even asked us later on if we needed help again and wished us a wonderful night and he hope to see us back.. Will definitely shop at this location from now on.. best wishes to the new store and the new wonderful staff. Glad to see a young group of people working hard together.

Awsome store with awesome prices

The Hazlet HF is awesome. Every employee in the store knowledgeable of the merchandise and if you are clueless, have professional HF employees readily available to answer your questions.
This is my fifth time to the store (it's new), every time I have been there the manager has come up to me and asked if I needed help, welcome to HF, come see us, real customer service focused.
The tools...if you shop at HF it isn't for contractor grade, super heavy duty grade, private business use, last a lifetime stuff. If you are like me and a project comes up, instead of renting a tool I buy one from HF. That way if I get distracted, I don't care. Case in point. I bought a heavy duty, impact drill from HF five years ago. I needed it to drill about seven anchors into concrete. This is my go to drill now, I lend it out, I use it for everything and it has never let me down. I paid 30 bucks for it. I lost the chock and that was a 12 dollar replacement...not from HF.
I can go on about the tools, nothing has failed me in a project, the great employees, how clean and organized the place is but I suggest you go. Get the experience and become a dedicated client like me.

You want tools, this place has them.

Good bargains on decent tools with a vast selection of many different brands from low cost and efficiency through to higher end merchandise that meets industry standards 100% and all hand tools are backed by a worry free no hassle lifetime warranty so I ask; "How in the world can you go wrong with shopping and making your tool purchases from harbor freight?"

Open for business their first week and then I walk in with a mess of a situation brought over from the Eatontown store concerning a return that got fouled up and it was for $300 so not exactly small change. Norma and Adam handled it impressively well and saved me a trip back down to Eatontown on a Friday evening in the summer. Cool young people with a bright future. I look forward to doing more business with them.
