It was Sunday night and I had completely forgotten my nephew’s birthday! Delayed as we were, we stopped at Target which is conveniently located at my house’s corner, at +6PM in a rainy and cold Sunday night to buy him a convenient gift card and a funny birthday card! What else can you give to a 13 yo teen?? Thank you Target to have helped me to save our day and have fun with our family at my nephew’s birthday party!!

Very easy, quick, & straight forward. I ordered online and picked up in the store. The item was available for pick up a few hrs after ordering. Both individuals that helped me were very sweet and the gentleman even carried my heavy furniture item out to my car for me even as the store was closing and I'm sure his shift was over. 10 / 10 experience. Thank you very much to the Target Middletown team!

I have not opened it yet but my RAID flying insect light trap looks like it's going to be great both the night light and the catch any gnats or anything that fly in my room at night. Thank you Target!!

The staff on 11/23 at night was great! Managing trouble makers and reprimanding them to cease whatever they were doing because they can harm other customers … organized… getting ready for Black Friday! They were happy … great team in Middletown NJ!!!!! I was helped by staff to find things I needed ! Great crew ! Specifically an older woman , she really caught my attention delegating and gliding through aisles and managing events for the upcoming days and pleasant! Wishing people happy holidays!! It was a great shopping trip.

It was my first time in the store.. Very clean , well organized, the cashier was very nice and helpful, I didn’t get her name but I know she was Latino I asked her if she spoke Spanish.. and she did ,, So we had a nice chat En Español 😊😊

Nice store. People are kind, friendly and very dedicated to customer service. I always find everything I want at Target. The household cleaning items are get inexpensive and they run great sales.

I had the nicest experience at this location today! I called all over looking for a toddler chicken costume - one store wouldn't even double check what the app said, the other said it was an online only product (it wasn't), but the Middletown location went out of their way to physically locate the costume when I spoke to customer service! So kind, because we don't live nearby this store. They absolutely made my 2 y/o day! Thank you for your kindness during a hard time to be working retail. It was appreciated (:

It's quick, easy, and safe pickup! The app has made improvements to even let the sales associate know where you'd like your order placed. Target is always thinking ahead and taking their customer's safety and convenience seriously.

I was there only minutes before closing, and I bought $150 worth of groceries and was the last person out of the store. The staff waiting by the door kindly wished me a good night with smiles on their faces. I totally know what it's like to have a last minute customer who makes you stick around after closing, but I truly appreciate their patience and kindness.

Every time I’ve shopped in store I always get help from friendly store associates that are more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure the items I’m looking for are found. I love the new configuration of the beauty department. It also makes you feel like your in a high end department store without the price tag !

Fantastic and caring manager and staff!!! We had an issue with a bike that we purchased there that kept getting a flat tire. The manager, Mike, could not be more helpful and the person who repaired it, Shawn was great too! The bike works great now and it was a very affordable price. This store is always clean, the staff is helpful and the products are good quality at very good prices. As long as Mike is running this store, I am sure it will always be a great place to shop!

This is a standard Target. The store is very visible from the road, and there is a lot of parking available. Once inside, the store is bright and welcoming. There is a good selection of almost everything, and a lot of quick cashiers. I especially liked that the bathrooms were clean when we last visited.

I was upset to see the camera i ordered online for in store pickup was returned before i could pick it up. Im a busy working guy with a lot of obligations and was unable to come within the window to pick it up. I arrived with the item priced $30 more than what i bought it for. After explaining the situation they found the item and though they were unable to honor the price they took some money off for the discrepancy. I am extremely satisfied and will be back. Customer service went above and beyond thank you and Merry Christmas!
